Donald Brown is Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer of NiSource Inc. He helps lead the company's transformation as NiSource continues to evolve and grow with the changing energy needs of customers and communities.

Kim Cuccia is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for NiSource Inc. She provides leadership and oversight for all legal matters related to NiSource's gas and electric utility operating companies in its six-state service area.
Prior to her current role, Cuccia was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Legal Regulatory for NiSource.
Cuccia has been a member of NiSource's legal department for 14 years. She previously served as General Counsel for Columbia Gas of Massachusetts, responsible for legal strategy and planning for the company during NiSource's restoration effort in Greater Lawrence, Massachusetts. She also led the business team established to respond to the state investigations into the Merrimack Valley Incident.
Cuccia is a member and serves on the executive legal committee of the American Gas Association and various bar associations. She is active in NiSource's diversity and inclusion efforts and joined the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity in 2021 pledging her commitment to increase diversity and equity in the legal profession.
Cuccia has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Florida and a juris doctorate from Valparaiso University.

Kimra Cole is President and Chief Operating Officer of Columbia Gas of Kentucky, a NiSource subsidiary. Lloyd Yates is President and Chief Executive Officer of NiSource Inc., one of the largest, fully regulated utility companies in the United States. In this role, Yates oversees NiSource's six-state service area where the company provides energy for nearly four million natural gas and electric customers through the dedicated efforts of 7,500 employees. Yates is a member of NiSource's Board of Directors, which he joined in 2020.
Yates is a seasoned executive in the regulated utility industry. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President, Customer and Delivery Operations, and President, Carolinas Region, for Duke Energy Corporation. In that role, he was responsible for aligning customer-focused products and services to deliver a personalized end-to-end experience, as well as for profit and loss, strategic direction and financial performance of regulated utilities in North Carolina and South Carolina. He also served as President and CEO for Progress Energy Carolinas. Early in his career, Yates held leadership roles at PECO Energy.
Active on boards for prominent industrial and professional service companies, Yates has served on the board of directors for Sonoco Products Company and American Water Works. He currently serves on the board for Marsh and McLennan, a leading insurance broker and risk advisor with offices in more than 130 countries. He also serves as Second Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Gas Association. Yates has served for years on many community based boards including the Salvation Army, YMCA, Trees Charlotte and local Boys and Girls Clubs.
Yates has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in business administration from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. He attended the Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Shawn Anderson is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NiSource Inc. He has overall responsibility for NiSource's finance and accounting organizations, as well as the financial operations of the organization.
Previously, Shawn held the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy & Risk Officer. In that role, he was responsible for aligning NiSource's long-term strategy, including portfolio optimization, renewable energy and growth strategies, with stakeholder priorities through the planning and resource allocation process. He also oversaw energy supply, enterprise risk management, and insurance operations for the company with a focus on prioritizing risk mitigation solutions and driving Environmental, Social, and Governance ("ESG") provisions around the work the NiSource team leads every day. Prior to this role, Anderson served as Treasurer & Chief Risk Officer for NiSource.
Anderson has a bachelor's degree in business administration from The Ohio State University and a master's degree in business administration from Ohio University. He completed his Six Sigma Black Belt from Xavier University and is a graduate of Leadership Columbus.
Anderson is a long-standing resident of central Ohio and native Ohioan where he currently resides with his family.

Vince Parisi serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Columbia Gas of Ohio. He has profit and loss responsibility for the company and oversight of the execution of operations, risk management, regulatory, legislative and external strategies, with a focus on delivering safe, reliable and efficient natural gas service to 1.4 million customers across the company's 61 county service territory.
Prior to assuming this role in June 2020, Vince served as President of the U.S. Utilities for AES Corp. and served as President and CEO of Indianapolis Power & Light Company and Dayton Power and Light Company. In his role, Vince was responsible for the overall business results for each utility and was focused on enhancing customer and stakeholder experience and providing leadership for the company's strategic plans.
Prior to joining AES, Vince served as Vice President, External and Customer Affairs for Columbia Gas of Ohio, where he led customer and stakeholder experience which includes economic development, large customer relationships, government affairs (federal & state), regulatory affairs, customer care and compliance, energy efficiency, community affairs and communications.
Vince joined Columbia Gas after serving in a variety of senior leadership positions with Gas Natural Inc. and IGS Energy. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from The Ohio State University and received his law degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.

William (Bill) Jefferson serves as Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Safety Officer for NiSource. He oversees engineering and asset management, major projects, contractor support, environmental health and safety, work management, training, field operations support, operational excellence, and emergency response for the company. He is responsible for driving operational excellence and safety at NiSource and its operating companies.
Previously, Jefferson was Site Vice President for the South Texas Project (STP) Nuclear Operating Company near Bay City, Texas, and prior to that, he was Plant General Manager and Operations Director for STP.
Jefferson is a committed member of the community and is currently an active board member on the Columbus Urban League, an organization that empowers African Americans and disenfranchised groups through economic, education and social programs. He previously served on the Texas A&M Galveston Academic Advisory Board.
