Adva established Beck Medical after she came up with the innovative idea of NozNoz. Taking this path, Adva explored extensively the fields of olfactory, metabolism, weight and the connection between them, and gained deep knowledge of the unique nose anatomy and the treatment opportunities it encompasses. Before starting with Beck Medical Adva served as VP Marketing of a Comverse division, and prior to that she was Director of Data ( Value added services) in a cellular operator -Pelephone Communication Ltd. where she established the data services for this operator. Prior to that Adva worked as a VP, program manager, project manager and system analyst. Throughout her carrier Adva led multi-million- multi-disciplinary projects. Adva holds B.Sc. in Industrial management from Tel-Aviv University, and MBA from Haifa University. She lives in Israel, and is a mother to 5

Dr. Elhanan Greenberg is a leading Ear, Nose and Throat/Head and Neck Surgery (ENT/H&N) specialist. Former Head of the ENT/H&N Surgery Department of Carmel Medical Center, Haifa, Israel (1990 - 2007). Affiliated to the Rapoport Faculty of Medicine of the Technion Institute of Technology, Senior lecture. Published more than 30 articles in local and international journals. Actual or former activities: Professional representant of the Carmel Medical Center to the Israel Medical Association (IMA) and member of the Executive Board, Member of the Presidency of the ENT/H&N Surgery Society, Tester for level 2 examinations for residents. Member of the Ethical Committee of IMA, Representant of Israel to the European Rhinology Society and member of the Executive Committee, Member of the Sociedad Espanola de Otorinolaringologia, Elected representant of retired physicians to the IMA and Haifa Medical Association. Dr. Atkinson has been active in obesity research and treatment for more than 40 years. He is Emeritus Professor of Medicine and Nutritional Sciences, University of Wisconsin, Madison; Affiliate Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine, Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond; Adjunct Professor of Molecular Medicine and Drug Research, University of Karachi, Pakistan; Chief Executive Officer, Virginia Obesity Research Institute, Richmond; and Medical Director, Veracis Lab, ImmunArray, Inc of Richmond, VA. He is Editor of the International Journal of Obesity; Past President of the American Obesity Association, the North American Association for the Study of Obesity (now The Obesity Society), and the American Society for Clinical Nutrition. NAASO-The Obesity Society established the annual Richard Atkinson-Judith Stern Public Service Award in 2006 to honor his service to the field of obesity. His recent research focuses on virus-induced obesity: adenovirus (Adv36). Dr. Atkinson has over 200 publications and over 250 abstracts in the medical literature.
Dr. Atkinson lives in Richmond, VA, USA, and has three children, 19 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
Galit has extensive Quality Management experience in the Israeli Medical Device industry. Galit held various management positions in Tower Semiconductors and Philips Medical Systems companies, and in the last years served as a QA/RA consultant in the Medical Device industry, now acting through H.m.da Consulting. She has a vast experience and knowledge in process control, production and operations control and NPI (new product introduction) activities. Galit combines her knowledge, experience and vision as a personal and management coach in her QA/RA work, for improving the methods and processes and the inter-personal communication and for creating a more pleasant and supportive work environment that helps achieving the business goals more easily, efficiently and with harmony. Sarit has extensive regulatory, quality and clinical management experience in the Israeli Medical device industry. She previously held the position of VP RAQA at Galil Medical, a global company in innovative cryotherapy solutions for prostate cancer, breast fibroadenoma and other clinical indications. Sarit played an integral part in establishing, managing and operating Medical Compression Systems, an Israeli company for innovative compression systems for the prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis. Sarit is a former board member of Xenia Venture Capital and PCB Technologies.
