Jim - On The Edge Sharpening was started by Jim O'Donnell in 1991. Jim has spent the past 30+ years sharpening and helping sharpeners grow and expand their businesses both independently as a professional sharpener and was the sharpener trainer at Wolff Industries, Inc from 1997 to 2016 where he trained hundreds of sharpeners around the world and spoke at industry events. Since leaving, Jim still trains and speaks as he continues to help improve this industry he loves.
