Orpington Cricket Club, founded in 1848, has Clubmark accreditation and runs 4 Saturday Senior sides, 1 Sunday Senior sides and it also has a thriving Colts section with over 90 members. With a strong emphasis on developing a strong junior section and providing cricket from U9 to U17 age groups with the ultimate aim to progress players into the senior league teams. The Club also prides itself on the social interaction of its members, and has a vibrant social side, bar and calendar of events. Players, supporters and new members are offered discos, race nights and quizzes during the season and also have the opportunity to join the 100 club.
