QPP RESOURCE CENTER

Originally backed by funding from the CMS Small, Underserved, and Rural Support (SURS) program, the QPP Resource Center® delivered free support to eligible small and underserved or rural practices as they participated in the QPP. Led by Altarum, we were a coalition of 10 experienced health care organizations that have a long history of supporting effective clinician change and quality improvements through technical assistance and clinician engagement.
