ANDREW M. BURNS

Andrew is currently the General Manager of Healthcare for VenueNext, a bleeding edge technology company focused on Patient, Guest, and Employee Experience in the Healthcare Vertical. At VenueNext, Andrew is responsible for both the Product Development and all things Business Development for the Healthcare product. Andrew has "lived" in the startup world since 2001 and has been very successful in every position he has held. Beginning with EPSi (now Allscripts EPSi), Andrew was the first Business Development person hired for the company. After a successful seven years at EPSi selling into the C-Suite at major healthcare systems Andrew moved to Greenway Medical where he started in 2007 as employee number eighty-six. Andrew opened up the Midwest Territory and was soon promoted to Regional VP of Sales of the Midwest. By the time Andrew left, Greenway had gone public and had over 2000 employees. Additionally, he met and exceeded his sales quota and team quotas in every year he was there. Andrew is a valued asset to have on the Advisory Board as he has a long history of Healthcare Application Development and Sales (EHR, Interoperability, Decision Support, Cost Accounting, Dashboard Analytics, Budgeting, Mobile Applications, etc.). Andrew has also cultivated and maintained relationships with many of the top Healthcare Systems in the U.S.

DAVID BOND

With over 25 years of experience in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) sector, David acts as a Managing Partner and a co-founder of RSS. He leads the campaign to promote Rock Solid Software, LLC and its flagship product offering, WatchMeGoProâ„¢. David has held executive leadership positions at successful private and public companies including Medic Computer Systems, Inc., A4 Health Systems, Inc., Allscripts, LLC and Navicure, Inc. As Chief Operating Officer of A4, he helped to drive its sale to Allscripts, LLC in 2006 for approximately $312 million, after which he was named as a divisional President. As Chief Operating Officer of Medic, he was instrumental in the sale of Medic Computer Systems, Inc. to Misys, PLC in 1997 for approximately $900 million.

JOHN D. VEZINA

John spent the early years of his career with GE growing through various individual contributor and sales leadership roles immersed within the GE culture. After GE, John moved to Greenway Health where he started as an individual contributor and was promoted to Regional Vice President within two years. In his first year leading his region, John's team ascended to the number one producing team within all of Greenway Health. After leaving Greenway Health, John went on to a startup as the Executive Vice President of Sales, where he was responsible for business development, partnerships, and physician acquisition. John grew his team from the ground up and expanded the physician base by over 400% in less than 12 months. During the same time period, John secured seven new strategic partnerships for the organization, bringing the total to eight, enabling the organization to have broader reach and drive additional physician acquisition. John Vezina and Jason Burns brought Kortivity to market September 2015. John's role as CRO is to develop and scale sales and marketing strategies.

KYLE MCGUINN - CEO

Kyle's professional career began at Greenway Medical Technologies where he held several different software development roles over his 5 year tenor with the company, including team leadership positions. Since his time at Greenway, Kyle has operated as an independant consultant and has participated in the development of several Electronic Health Record (EHR) web application platforms, as well as other non healthcare related solutions. Kyle's eagerness to learn and willingness to adapt has enabled him to thrive in an ever evolving industry.

MARK RYAN - CEO, Founder

As the software architect for RSS, Mark leads the company's development efforts while participating in the overall design of creative solutions. His skill set includes expertise with the Delphi and Microsoft Visual Studio (ASP.net, C#,etc.) development platforms. He is also one of three co-founders of RSS. Mark began his computer career at IBM, contributing to over 15 years of application development experience. He has filled the role of Senior Developer for companies such as Electronic Data Systems (EDS), A4 Health Systems, Inc. and Allscripts, LLC. His primary focus at both A4 and Allscripts revolved around the development of Electronic Health Record (EHR) offerings, however Mark has been known to wear multiple hats; an uncommon trait for a developer.

ROBERT J. WHITEHEAD

Robert Whitehead is founder and CEO of Green Arrow Labs, Inc., a software development laboratory that provides cloud-based solutions for managing environmental sustainability, water conservation, and social compliance data, primarily for manufacturers and retailers in the footwear and apparel industry. Robert has over 30 years of experience in analytical laboratory operations, with technical expertise in process automation, quality management systems, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS); and executive management experience in product management/marketing, business development, strategic planning, and board governance. Before founding Green Arrow Labs, Robert was vice president of a leading provider of laboratory information management systems for environmental, clinical, and public health laboratories. He started his career as a gas chromatography/mass spectrometry chemist at one of the largest environmental and clinical toxicology labs in the U.S., and later became the director of quality assurance and then technical director before leaving to start his own laboratory consulting business.

TAWNY L. HAMMETT

Tawny is a health information technology and exchange specialist with a passion to improve healthcare at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. Experienced in working for ambulatory solution vendors, she has provided consulting on Health IT strategies to hundreds of healthcare facilities of various sizes and specialties across the US. Her skill set includes sales, business development, and building trusting, communicative relationships with executive teams in order to improve workflow, increase software optimization, and maximize reimbursements. She has also obtained executive education course certificates in Health IT from the University of Texas and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

TODD BOUFFORD - CEO, CTO

As CEO & CTO, Todd's role is to lead the adoption of new technologies while driving the future direction of RSS and its customer projects. He is a co-founder of RSS and the "ideas guy", responsible for many of the ideas that have spawned the organization's organic growth. Todd started his career with Compusense, Inc., installing and supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) solutions in the Ambulatory market space. With the acquisition of Compusense, Inc. by A4 Health Systems, Inc. and a later acquisition of A4 by Allscripts, LLC, he continued to work on multiple EHR and PM offerings as Director of Technology Services and Director of Application Technology, providing leadership in the areas of Development, Innovation, Operations, Sales Engineering and Technology. He most recently performed a similar role with Greenway Health, LLC encompassing over 20 years of expertise in Healthcare IT across the aforementioned organizations.

WAYNE B. WILLIAMS

Wayne is a retired Corporate Executive. He was the Founder and CEO of Compusense Inc. of Nashua, NH. Compusense specialized in Medical and Governmental software. The company grew from a startup to being honored as an Inc 500 Fastest Growing Private Company for an unprecedented three years in a row. It was ultimately acquired by A4 Health Systems, and now Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. Wayne's background has been as a Programmer and Systems Analyst after graduating with a B.S. in Management Information Systems in 1972. His early career was with NCR and Arthur D Little Systems. Subsequently, Wayne joined a startup company, Northern Data Systems, Inc. in Bedford, NH. There he served as Software Manager and Vice President of National Software Sales. He left NDS to found Compusense Inc. in 1983. Since retirement Wayne has served on the non-profit Boards of the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, NH and Ventures, Inc. (a sheltered workshop.) He has also consulted with several small businesses.
