Anna D. Sokol

Anna D. Sokol is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Ms. Sokol joined the Rosen, Sokol & Clements Immigration Law Group in 2006. She currently serves as a Senior Attorney at the firm, where she is responsible for complex cases. As a senior attorney in the office, Ms. Sokol has an extensive knowledge and experience in immigration law field. In addition to working with all aspects of family-based immigration cases, consular processing and naturalization applications, she specializes in working with foreign athletes, entertainers, and artists of extraordinary ability. Ms. Sokol assists foreign professionals and U.S. businesses seeking to employ foreign professionals, foreign investors and entrepreneurs. Ms. Sokol has an extensive experience in assisting corporate clients file for permanent labor certifications in the process of obtaining Legal Permanent Resident status for employees. Ms. Sokol oversees the operations of our Polish office, assisting European clients in their immigration process to the U.S. She is fluent in English, Polish, and conversational Italian. Attorney Sokol earned her Law Degree from University of Lodz, in Lodz, Poland and her LL.M. Master of Laws Degree in American Legal Studies from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. Jackeline A. Clements

Jackeline A. Clements is originally from Venezuela and is a Senior Attorney of the Rosen, Sokol & Clements Immigration Law Group. She has been an attorney with the firm since 2010 and manages our most complex family-based and removal defense cases. Mrs. Clements has represented a diverse group of clientele at all levels of immigration including USCIS processes and interviews, Immigration Court proceedings, Department of State processes, Department of Labor processes, State Court proceedings, and Juvenile Court proceedings. Mrs. Clements assists clients with family-based immigration cases, citizenship cases, hardship waiver cases, removal/deportation defense, extraordinary ability cases (athletes), and other business-based immigration cases. She is also bilingual and oversees all cases for our Spanish speaking clientele. Mrs. Clements earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Clayton State University (CSU). Mrs. Clements was a student-athlete (tennis) at Clayton State University where she became a five-time All-American and was inducted to the CSU's Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016.

Katie Bowen

Mrs. Bowen has a B.A. degree in Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. As the U.S. Office Manager, Mrs. Bowen processes accounts receivable and accounts payable, answers clients' questions regarding their accounts, trains new staff members, etc. Mrs. Bowen has been with the Rosen, Sokol, & Clements Immigration Law Group since 2004.

Mrs. Alina Sokol

Mrs. Alina Sokol is responsible for the operations of Joseph H. Rosen, Immigration Law Group's Agency office in Lodz, Poland. She has been acting in this capacity since October 2013, when the representative office was established. Mrs. Sokol acts as a liaison between the office in the United States and its clients in Poland and other European countries. She is responsible for marketing and public relations activities. Mrs. Sokol has a Law Degree from University of Lodz, in Poland and is fluent in Polish, English, Russian and conversational Italian.
