Franklin Potter

Franklin Potter serves dual roles for Seibold Security, both as their Operations Manager and as a Senior Account Executive. He is a 34 year industry veteran, spending the last 10 of those with Seibold in his current roles. Prior to Seibold, Frankl in spent 24 years with Foreline Security in head installation and project management roles. Frank lin is relentless when it comes to customer service, continually working to improve the customer service experience and reduce service response times.

John Seibold Sr. - Chairman, Founder

John Seibold Sr. founded Seibold Security in 1979 and has guided the company through its many phases and pivots since the company's inception. His dare to be different attitude has taken Seibold Security down a number of diverse paths that have helped separate the company from other competitors in the space. Whether early adopting new technologies, experimenting with different service methodologies, or simply empowering his team to make fair and reasonable decisions, Seibold has always pushed the envelope in the spirit of putting the customer first. John displays a fierce loyalty towards his customers and believes in always doing the right thing for a client, even if that negatively impacts the bottom line in the short run. His business philosophies have led to life long customer relationships, some of which span over 30 years, while others continue to recommend Seibold at each of their respective career stops. John Seibold Jr. has spent 28 years with Seibold Security and currently serves as the company's Co-President, a position he shares with his brother Tim and has held since the mid-2000s. John is responsible and directly involved in the sales, marketing and design of the integrated security systems and banking equipment provided by Seibold. He is the company's corporate liaison to many strategic customers including Colonial Williamsburg, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. In addition he oversees all sales, support, and operations for the Florida branch of Seibold. John is a hands on leader who focuses on accurate and consistent communication for all areas of the company. He believes that projects are optimized and have the best chance of success when all parties, internal and external, are operating from the same page.

Kelly Grimes

Kelly Grimes is Seibold's human resource manager with over 15 years experience in the field. She is responsible for all human resource related functions for Seibold's entire nationwide operation. She has a passion for making Seibold feel like home for all employees… whether they are located at one of Seibold's flagship offices in Rochester, NY or Odessa, FL or located in one of Seibold's satellite offices across the US. She is adept at navigating the ever changing landscape of health insurance and other employee benefits, as well as driving the company's culture. Kelly is also deeply involved in Seibold's Marketing and Sales Support functions, providing air cover to the Seibold sales team and making sure they have all the tools necessary to deliver Seibold's message and value propositions.

Mike Baumgartner - COO

Mike Baumgartner is Seibold's Director of Operations. He has spent all 17 years in the industry with the Seibold team. He is responsible for the daily operational elements for all of Seibold's post sales, installation, training, technical support, and maintenance teams. He also plays an integral role in a number of pre-sales activities including performing site surveys, system design and cost estimation. Mike is hyper-focused on client satisfaction and ensures that all activities are viewed from the customer lens. A technologist at heart, he has an elevated interest in the evolving technologies surrounding video analytics, cloud computing, and mobile technologies and how they can be adopted and leveraged to optimize the customer experience.

Scott Fishman

Scott Fishman serves as Seibold's New York City region Director of Security Services. A 28 year industry veteran, Scott has held positions at all sized system integration houses including spending 9 years at IBM as a Security Analyst and Senior Security Specialist. His depth of experience in risk analysis, estimating, account management, and overseeing large scale customer implementations makes him a perfect fit for Seibold's New York City office that is responsible for supporting many of Seibold's marquee accounts for both pre and post sales activity. Scott is adept at helping customers implement and leverage new technologies in order to optimize their daily operations. He is excited at the ever changing pace of technology and how new applications can take his customer's security operations to the next level. "I love helping customers leverage new technology" Scott enjoys spending quality time with his wife and sons. He also enjoys golf, coaching youth sports, and cheering on his kids at one of their many sporting endeavors. He holds an AS degree in Criminal Justice Police Science.

Tim Seibold

Tim Seibold has spent 25 years with Seibold Security and currently serves as the company's Co-President, a position he shares with his brother John Jr. and has held since the mid-2000s. Tim is responsible and directly involved in the sales, marketing and design of the integrated security systems provided by Seibold. He also oversees the company's System Consultation, Design and Layout division. Tim is the company's corporate liaison to many strategic customers including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, City Point Brooklyn, and the Acadia Realty Trust group. In addition he oversees all sales, support, and operations for the New York City / Tri-State branch of Seibold. Tim's extensive project management experience allows him to see things through the eyes of his customers. That lens makes doing the right thing, sometimes at the expense of profits, second nature. Seibold's customer first culture that Tim helps to drive often leads to creative, sometimes out of the box solutions for almost all of Seibold's customers.

TJ Devlieger

TJ Devlieger is a Senior Account Executive covering Northern and Central Florida. He has worked in the security industry for 35 years, spending the last 6 with Seibold Security's Florida based office. TJ's experience as a business owner as well as his roles in sales, operations, and account management help give him unique insights into the many aspects of his customer's business operations. He views himself as a customer ally, helping them navigate the ever changing security and technology landscape. His wealth of knowledge and passion for serving his customers are even more apparent when helping usher them through every step of the process… from the initial discovery meeting through ensuring their systems are operating at peak efficiency long after the sale.

Vicky Page

As Seibold's Office Manager, Vicky Page oversees much of the company's backend processes and ensures all daily operations run smoothly. She handles company billing, purchase orders, customer orders, accounts receivables, and accounts payables. She has 23 years of managerial and administrative experience, spending the last 20 of those years with Seibold. Vicky has a strong customer service record. She works closely with all company departments to ensure that Seibold operations run effortlessly, particularly those that involve the company's customers.
