Our community is the Armed Forces and public services community. Our goal is to make the training and skills you achieved in the Armed Forces and other public bodies recognised by civilian employers, get you the best start on the way to your second career, and help you with your qualifications while still serving... We are very proud to be a Community Interest Company (CIC). This means that we are a company that helps a specific community to achieve a particular target or goal... Is the only dedicated program for the whole of the Armed Forces and public services community. We will keep you on track with your qualifications while SERVING with your own Career Development Manager (CDM) and when you have completed a long and fruitful career, we will point you in the Right direction with our PROUD Academy. When your service is done we will help you as a VETERAN to start your new career.
