VITL is a Vermont nonprofit that shares health information responsibly to help providers care for their patients... We are VITL, a nonprofit organization working to improve health care outcomes and reduce costs in Vermont through the aggregation and exchange of health information... VITL operates the Vermont Health Information Exchange. We aggregate patient health data to create a more complete health record for each Vermonter and we bring all of those records together to help our partners provide better patient care, understand the health of our population, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our health care system.
