Bill Lutz founded Waterloo Container in 1980 and continues at the helm today as President and Owner. He remains involved in every aspect of the organization, from purchasing and sales to operations, warehousing and the re-pack line, Bill provides guidance and a helping hand whenever needed. His invaluable expertise in all aspects of wine packaging is a priceless resource available to every customer of Waterloo Container.

After more than 25 years in the contracting business, Dan Buck brought his many talents to Waterloo Container in 2018. Because of his excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to coordinate many simultaneous projects, Dan has become a valuable asset and quickly moved up in the ranks to become Chief Operating Officer in 2022. "As Chief Operating Officer, I have the privilege to support many departments throughout our Company on a daily basis. I find great joy in working with our customers while continuing to learn the industry and look forward to growing our company and customer's futures with optimism."

Dick Beauchine, Chief Financial Officer (and member of the Board of Directors) has over 40 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (1972-2015). Dick is a 1972 Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants Achievement Award winner with an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a Master's degree in Taxation, with honors, from Washington School of Law. He has been affiliated with Waterloo Container Company since 1998.

Frank brings diversified business experience and managerial knowledge to Waterloo Container and its board of directors.
He guided C-level executives in the areas of management and finance for over thirty-five years. Frank worked in local government, in a global financial services firm, in academia, and in regional CPA and management consulting firms that provided professional services to main street and middle market enterprises.
Frank is a member of the Organizational Development Network; he is associated with Empire Director Services an organizational development consulting firm. As an Organizational Development Consultant (ODC) his business mission is to provide results-oriented business strategies and mentoring that interface with a client's short and long-term business development plans.
Frank held Certification as a Management Consultant (CMC) and Public Accountant (CPA) through 2018.
Over the years Frank has been involved in community affairs and has served as chairman and held other positions on numerous boards and committees. In early 2020, he was named to our internal compliance team as well.
He resides with his family in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State.

Jim Lutz graduated with an Architecture degree from SUNY at Alfred, New York. Professional career included various engineering positions in telephony communications with GTE and Nortel Networks. One of his highlights was serving as a Director with Nortel in Sydney, Australia. In that position, Jim oversaw the field engineering and systems support for building a mobile communications network. Presently, he is the owner of HomeSide Realty, a brokerage and property management company located in the Raleigh/Durham area.

Rich came on board with Waterloo Container in December 2013. He serves as a senior leader of the company in his role as CEO. Rich brings unique work experience to Waterloo Container. A former police officer, district attorney, and managing partner of a law firm all helped shape his perspective on helping Waterloo Container achieve its goal of unparalleled service to the customer. Rich believes that we can provide a solution to fulfill every customer's needs. He also serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors.
