Estelle Hendricks

She is an entrepreneur and the founder of All-OnBoard Training. She has a strong corporate background where she provided adminstrative support in various capacities at differenct companies. She previously provided computer literacy training and web-design services at the Communicare Learning Centre in Ruyterwacht near Goodwood. She also acted as operations manager at Al Noor Orphanage based in Woodstock. Estelle is currently the manager of a cleaning company.

Frank Julie

Frank Julie is an author, activist, organizational development practitioner, consultant, advisor, strategist and facilitator, known to many in the nonprofit sector in South Africa through his regular fundraising workshops. His journey in the development sector started in the late 1970's as a volunteer, organizer and programs manager for various CBOs. Frank is the author of "The Art of Leadership and Management on the Ground", "The Roots of the NGO Crisis in South Africa - A Look Beyond the Surface" and "Fundraising Strategies for Struggling NPOs".

Marileze Johannes - Treasurer

Marileze is currently employed at Metropolitan Holdings call centre based in Bellville. She previously acted as a freelance trainer specialising in administrative skills and call centre training. She was employed at Vmed as a consultant where she has been working for a number of years. Marileze was a volunteer at the Resource Action Group (RAG), a youth development agency, since 1993 where she was responsible as the project leader for the computer literacy project. She was the youngest member at age 12 at the time and later started and managed Eyona Yona, a job placement agency that worked closely with RAG. She also specialises in call centre training, adult education and programmatic impact measurement of especially youth employment programmes.

Shirley De Jongh - COO

Shirley De Jongh is the Operations director at YoungPeople@Work where she is responsible for job placements and tracking. She also does computer facilitation, practical office admin training, Ms Teams/Zoom training and bookkeeping. She has a 16 year background as a production manager in the clothing industry. She joined as a trustee in 2013 and acts as minute secretary. She has a passion for catering and also managed all catering at PFF events. She also serves on the board of directors of YoungPeople@Work, Fundraising Mentoring Network and Food Relief Alliance of South Africa as minute secretary.

Victoria Petersen

She joined YP@W as a volunteer in 2012 where she was intensively trained in life skills and computer literacy. She was then trained as a computer facilitator and deployed at the Adriaanse library where she facilitated online jib search training. She subsequently got employed by Dreamworker as a fieldworker where she was active for 6 years until she returned to YP@W as computer facilitator. During that time she served on the board as vice-chairperson. On her return in 2020 acted as staff representative on the board. She is currently still active as computer facilitator offering free computer training at various libraries. She has mentored many other computer facilitators over the years.
