With many years in Corporate Sales and Management, Freddie brings a wealth of client interaction skills to the business. He firmly believes that the client comes first, and that good business is built on relationships. With the primary role of scouting new, and maintaining existing, clients, Freddie strives to advise and accommodate those in need of our company's services, in the most cost-effective way for you. Beyond office walls, Freddie enjoys travelling, has a passion for history and culture, and painfully supports Charlton Athletic.

Liam Brennan

Liam is a fully trained pest control technician (BPCA Level 2), with many years of experience. From bird-proofing to graffiti removals, Liam can efficiently perform any job the client throws his way; he is even qualified to work at height, meaning no task is too tall! Holding his work to a high standard, Liam is mentally and physically equipped to deliver the best assistance and solution to any of your urban issues. In his spare time, Liam looks after his three children and handles his own birds of prey.

Steve Dale - Managing Director

Steve started the business in 2011, having previously worked in the Environmental and Chemical field. With profound experience and knowledge of the industry, Steve's role is the most diverse in the company - he assesses, manages and works on various jobs. He uses his managerial and hands-on approach to guarantee the planning and execution of the company's services to the highest standard, and puts you, the client, at the forefront of his work. Outside of work, Steve enjoys golf and eating out with his wife.

Zoe Foster

Zoe, responsible for the company's admin, is the newest addition to the Urban Issues' team. Keen to immerse herself into the business, Zoe assists in regulating and coordinating the team with their clients; her organisational and communicative role helps us find smarter ways to deliver our services. Socially, Zoe enjoys being around her friends and family, and going on a hot holiday whenever she can!
