We provide a "single port of call" that enables funders to engage with small providers, especially - though not exclusively - voluntary organisations... At Humber Learning Consortium (HLC) we are passionate about learning. We believe that voluntary and community organisations are best placed to work with hard-to-reach learners and make a positive difference to their lives and aspirations... HLC acts as a management and quality hub to learning and skills providers in the Yorkshire and the Humber regions.
