Alan leads the Agile team and is responsible for managing major projects, client relationships, and partnerships with other design professionals.
Over his career, Alan has won multiple awards while working on a wide range of projects in the USA, New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. He has strong attention to detail and has a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to design, deliver and maintain high performing projects, while at the same time building highly effective teams.

John leads the Wellington Engineering team and is responsible for managing projects as well as client relationships.
With his experience of working in multiple sectors across the UK, Middle East, Asia and now New Zealand, John has refined his design and project management skills. He has also developed a strong attention for coordination of services and has fostered a collaborative culture, which is vital for large complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

A specialist in noise and vibration assessment, Richard started his career in 2002 and is passionate about giving his clients exceptional value for money, while understanding that each has unique needs, concerns and budgets.
Designing for a variety of projects, from individual houses right through to multi-billion dollar hospitals, Richard thrives on providing innovative approaches to noise and vibration issues to produce distinct results on site. His experience speaks, and he's passionate about bringing clarity and common sense to acoustics consulting.
