BLAZERS TRACK CLUB

The Blazers Track Club was founded in 1989 by Coach Larry Jones and Coach Dan Davis on the east side of Detroit, Michigan. The club was actually formed by a group of students that attended Macomb elementary school. This group of students dominated the city-wide elementary school pentathlon competition in the 400 meters and the coed 4×100 relays and thus the Blazers were born. The Blazers are now in their 35th year of existence... For over 25 years, the Blazers Track Club has trained some of the top athletes in the state of Michigan and beyond. Our coaches and leaders are committed to not only providing the necessary training and development to enhance every member's track skills, we also build long-term relationships with our athletes and their families. Our mission is for every Blazer to achieve leadership, discipline, and integrity on and off the track. Once you join our track club, you're a BLAZER FOR LIFE!
