After having worked almost two decades in the IT industry, including the large corporate sector, as well as small business and home systems, I've pretty much seen every computer fault and problem. My goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value to my customers.
I believe in good old fashioned service coupled with modern technological expertise and knowledge - giving you the best of both worlds.
