I am experienced in leading management teams to establish their microgrid vision and build strategic and tactical business plans for implementation. This includes working with utilities to gain their interest and support. I guide my clients through the CEC microgrid proposal process where I lead the discovery process to help them develop their microgrid solution. I facilitate the financial analysis process necessary in support of the client's business case. Finally, I establish contact with the utilities, community organizations, state and federal agencies to gain their interest in the microgrid projects. I am responsible obtaining Letters of Support for each microgrid project and ultimately lead the proposal process on behalf of my clients.
