DELANEY'S BISTRO

For more than 20 years, Delaney's Bistro and Bar has been a favorite destination among locals and tourists alike for fine dining on St. Simons Island. Nightly, Executive Chef Tom Delaney lets his imagination and talent run wild, creating anywhere from 15-17 specials with ingredients ranging from ostrich and elk to fresh, locally-caught seafood. The lunch menu features Delaney's own sautéed crab cakes, fettuccine, and an array of light and innovative salads. All of Tom's specials and regular menu items are designed to pair with an extensive wine menu, ensuring a singular flavor experience.
