Mr. Lasha Dolidze

Mr. Lasha Dolidze is a graduate of the Tbilisi State University with a Diploma of Excellence in International Economic Relations. He holds the Degree of Master of Arts in Development Economics from Williams College, Massachusetts, USA. Mr. Dolidze possesses qualification in accounting, financial management, and audit from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has over 18 years of experience in the fields of development planning and assistance, donor coordination, economic research, agriculture development and funding of agricultural entrepreneurship, environment, and monitoring and evaluation. Lasha Dolidze has formidable experience of working with governmental and international organizations, as well as independent economic research. Since 2016 he occupied managerial positions in various projects funded by international financial organizations such as Millennium Challenge Georgia fund, USAID, and UN FAO. In his advisory and expert capacity, Mr. Dolidze participated in multiple research activities both independently and in collaboration with various NGO's. His research interests comprise of macroeconomics, governance, institutional development, sustainability, and monitoring and evaluation.

Mrs. Saudia Rahat

Mrs. Saudia Rahat holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Guyana, a Master's of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Management, with specialization in climate change from the University of the West Indies and an Advanced Masters of Science. in Development Evaluation and Management with specialization in national institutions, poverty reduction strategies and aid effectiveness from the University of Antwerp. She has experience in eighteen Caribbean countries for over eleven years in the areas of strategic planning, climate change adaptation, disaster risk management and monitoring and evaluation. Saudia has experience in leading and designing project evaluations and developing monitoring systems for tracking progress at the community, national and supranational levels. She is also an experienced trainer that has delivered M&E trainings to diverse stakeholder groups such as community members, government officials, non-governmental organizations, donors and international development agencies. She has recently co-authored two publications related to monitoring and evaluation for climate change. She is a member of Climate-Eval - a Community of Practice that shares good practices on climate change and development evaluation.
