ESCAPE Bio is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of precision small molecule therapies to treat genetically defined subpopulations in neurodegenerative diseases. We believe that developing therapies precisely targeted towards a perturbed pathway or genetic variant will ultimately address the root cause of disease, thereby potentially improving probability of success compared to less-selective approaches or those that target downstream manifestations of disease... At ESCAPE, we're passionate about helping people suffering from inherited forms of neurodegeneration. Our pipeline includes candidates targeting known genetic drivers of multiple diseases. Our goal is to improve the lives of patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and CNS lysosomal storage disorders.
