I live in the Kealing neighborhood in East Austin and have served on the boards of my neighborhood association and OCEAN, an East Austin diversity preservation group. I love helping with relocations and renovations. I renovated three of my prior homes and am doing remodeling my current home too. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked for Mercedes-Benz, including in sales for two decades. My roles there taught me problem-solving skills, professionalism and having attention to detail. I also learned the value of providing high-end client service and counseling, which are important for my work as a real estate agent. I love so many things about living in Austin, including music scene, the focus on arts and culture, the friendliness of the people, and the relaxed atmosphere. You can often find me and my wife Holly volunteering at one of the many cultural events or conferences around town, including One World Theater and the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians as our way of giving back to the city that we love so much.

I love living with my family and 2 dogs in North Austin. When I am not out selling real estate, I enjoy volunteering with Refugee Services of Texas, hiking, biking, camping and planning my next trip out of the country! As the Co-Founder and Co-Owner at E3 Properties and a second generation real estate broker, I lead the agency's training program. I purchased my first property in 2000 and my first investment property in 2004. I co-founded e3 in 2008 with the goal of creating a brokerage focused on green principles and a sustainable work/life balance after working with a well-known international brokerage. Prior to launching my real estate career, I worked in the nonprofit sector for the Center for Conflict Resolution (Nis, Serbia), Josephson Institute of Ethics (Marina Del Rey, CA) and the American Heart Association (Los Angeles, CA). I earned a B.A. in International Relations and Economics at the University of Delaware with an added specialty in Spanish. My experience with negotiations and conflict resolution work make me adept at resolving situations with out-of-the-box thinking. My commitment to my clients has earned me substantial testimonials, referrals and repeat business. Patricia Goforth is a rarity in today's world. We had the opportunity to work with Patricia on more than one occasion as our agent, first when looking for a home to lease and then to find a property to purchase. Her professionalism, responsiveness, depth of knowledge, and care and understanding when listening to our requirements and hopes was beyond any that we've had the opportunity to encounter in Real Estate before. She truly looks out for her clients and makes both the rental and home buying experience an easy and enjoyable one. I can't recommend her services highly enough.

I live on East Side Austin, where the fun and the culture is! One of my favorite places in Austin is Gourmands, with its amazing patio. Prior to becoming a real estate agent I was business owner/CEO in the medical field for 20 years. Real estate in Austin is a forum that I am very passionate about. Austin has it all! Affordable, education, employment, recreational, entertainment, and just down right nice people! Helping people and their families make a well-informed decision is essential I feel. Having already done this a few times with my own family gives me a great perspective. I have also invested over 10 years in community efforts and team building for youth as well as land development from the ground-up for volunteer organizations.

I live in the historic central Austin neighborhood of Bryker Woods, where I serve on the Bryker Woods Elementary PTA and am committed to creating outdoor learning spaces by transforming the campus into a National Wildlife Federation Schoolyard Habitat. I love to be outdoors and can often be found hiking, biking or getting my hands dirty in the garden. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked closely with architects and clients managing aspects of large construction projects, putting my communications, organization, and negotiation skills to work to keep them on-time and on-budget. Using these same skills as a realtor, along with my knowledge of architecture and aesthetic sensibilities from my studio art training, I am able to anticipate the needs of my clients and look out for their best interests.

I have lived in the Chestnut neighborhood in East Austin for the past 13 years. I feel like I'm right in the heartbeat of Austin, and close to just about everything that brings so many newcomers to our city. I'm a serious water lover-I'm all about swimming in, kayaking down, or tubing down the magnificent waterways in our area. I've been following the real estate scene in Austin since I got here over 20 years ago, and I have bought a few investment properties along the way, I've also had lots of experience with remodeling and additions-never enough projects to be involved in! Apart from spending lots of time focused on Austin real estate and my investments, I had been working as a budget analyst for the Texas Legislature for 20 years before joining E3. I also have a passion for traveling the world-I even met the man of my dreams halfway around the world in Mykonos, Greece.
