Dawn Okada provides procurement expertise and support at ECS by cultivating productive relationships with vendors to provide the best possible value for our customers. Dawn is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Management Science. She previously worked as computer programmer/analyst for the Department of Energy and the Food and Drug Administration before choosing to homeschool her six children. Through her work at ECS, Dawn is able to use her previous education and experience to provide needed support to customers so they can achieve their mission objectives.
Katie provides leadership, management, and oversight at ECS. She focuses on ensuring that our customers receive what they ordered, and the support needed in the process. Katie earned a BS in History and International Studies with a Russian minor from Northwestern University and a MA in Public Policy from George Mason University's School of Policy, Government, and International Affairs. Katie worked as a government negotiator for close to a decade for nonproliferation issues and educated her three children at home while moving as a military spouse. She now brings her education and experience to assist the customers of ECS to meet their goals and needs.

Stacy Pratt serves as the Accounts Manager at ECS-ed. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Communications. Stacy received her Master's in Journalism from Regent University. She has worked in the communications and public relations field of both the government and non-profit sector. As the mother of 10, Stacy brings her organizational and communication skills to best serve the customers of ECS-ed.
Susan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor's of Science in Management Science and active Program Management Professional (PMP). Most of her career was supporting the Army Aquisition community where she was DAIWIA certified at level II.
