Her passion, and deep experience in driving people strategies as an enabler of growth, helps EFI to maximize our human capital and ensure we are an employer of choice. Amanda also founded Women in Energy, a global group of over 5,000 women focused on connecting, networking and growing in the Energy and Tech industries.

Anna assumed the role of General Counsel at EFI in December 2020, where she is responsible for... Anna Lee is EFI's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. She is responsible for leading the global legal function and strategic relations team. Anna has extensive experience driving legal strategy on key issues including complex commercial and licensing transactions, intellectual property, litigation, M&A, employment, corporate governance, and trade compliance matters. Anna originally joined EFI in August 2013 and spent two years during her first tenure working abroad in Spain to support and expand EFI's legal operations throughout Europe. Anna has also served as director of legal at Carbon and as counsel at WilmerHale. Anna earned a bachelor's degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from UCLA and a law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law.

Ben Mackenzie Grieve - CFO

Ben joined EFI in 2023 as CFO and is responsible for all matters across finance, accounting, and IT. Previously Ben was CFO at Aligned Equity Holdings, a Boston-based Private Equity firm with investments across the US Building Industry. Ben also held a number of senior finance positions at the multinational engineering and technology business Schneider Electric, including SVP Finance of Global Functions and CFO of the global Digital Energy division. Before Schneider Electric, Ben spent a number of years at the UK engineering business IMI plc, including leading FP&A for the group, and began his career in Audit and Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Ben holds an MBA from IE (Instituto de Empresa) Business School in Spain and an MSc from Oxford University in the UK. Ben is a fellow of the ICAEW (Chartered Accountants of England and Wales) and holds an active CPA license in the US.

Bernie Lepore

Bernie is vice president of Partner Alliance, running Fiery sales and partner relationships worldwide. Chuck Novak

A member of the EFI team since 2010, Chuck has played an integral role to the development of Inkjet Systems and Sales over the years. Chuck initially joined EFI as a Sales Manager for Inkjet Systems, working his way to becoming Sales Director and eventually Senior Director of Inkjet Display Graphics. In 2019, Chuck was promoted to Vice President of Sales - Display Graphics, Americas where he is leading the team in growing revenue through increased digital sales opportunities and introducing innovative solutions to the market.

Dan Crnarich

Having joined EFI in 2007, Dan has been a key player in the growth of EFI throughout the past decade thanks to his innovative and focused product marketing expertise. Dan has extensive experience building product marketing organizations and processes, promoting and selling software products, evaluating market competition, delivering customized presentations and developing strategic partnerships. As the current Director of Field and Channel Marketing, Dan develops and manages joint marketing programs and provides marketing support for direct sales and partner networks through the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Dan previously served as EFI's Director of Product Marketing, where he designed, implemented, and facilitated the annual divisional marketing plan. Prior to EFI, he gained broad experience in product marketing at several companies including Haley Systems, John H. Harland, RedCelsius and IBM. Dan earned his BS in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Dr. Douglas Edwards - CTO

Dr. Douglas Edwards has joined EFI as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in January, 2020. He has had an extensive career as a senior print executive and R&D technologist. Immediately prior to this appointment, Edwards was CEO of Cambridge, England-based Xaar plc, a leading developer of inkjet print head technologies for industrial printing, and Chairman of Xaar 3D Ltd - the company's 3D printing joint venture with Stratasys Ltd. Before joining Xaar in 2015, Edwards was President of Kodak's Digital Printing and Enterprise Business with responsibility for flexo packaging, functional printing, electrophotographic solutions, commercial and consumer inkjet solutions with combined revenues of around $800 million. Prior to this, Edwards ran Kodak's largest graphics business, Prepress Solutions, with revenues of $1.5 billion. Edwards joined Kodak™ from Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG), a 50/50 joint venture between Eastman Kodak and Sun Chemical Corporation, where he was Vice President of R&D. He has also held senior R&D leadership roles with International Paper®, Zeneca Specialties (formerly ICI Colors & Fine Chemicals) and Ilford® Photographic Ltd in the U.K. Edwards, who is based in EFI's Manchester, N.H. facility, has a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and a Ph.D. in conducting organic materials - both from London University. He has several patents, scientific papers and books to his credit in topics such as solid-state conductivity and photographic materials. He has also published research in textile dyeing, including work on the aqueous solution behavior of anionic azo dyes for textile fibers.

Evandro Matteucci

Evandro Matteucci joined EFI in March 2020 as Vice President/General Manager of EFI's Inkjet Building Materials and Packaging businesses. Evandro's international career spans more than 25 years in the printing industry working in the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and includes extensive sales, marketing, commercialization and general management experience. Before joining EFI, Evandro held several international executive positions at Kodak and Kodak Polychrome Graphics. He was Global Vice-President of Marketing, Business Development and Product Management of Kodak's Print Systems Division and, prior to that, Kodak's APAC Vice-President and General Manager of Print Systems. Evandro is a Graphics Arts Technician graduate from Brazil's Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (SENAI) and also earned his Bachelor of Arts in communications and marketing, as well as an MBA, in Brazil. He also holds an Advanced Management Program degree from IPADE in Mexico City and, most recently, completed the GMP program at Harvard Business School in Boston. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Frank Pennisi - CEO

Frank joined EFI as CEO in 2023. Prior to EFI, he was President and CEO of Orora Packaging Solutions, a California-based corrugated packaging company leveraging EFI Nozomi technology. Frank's leadership helped the business develop the largest share of growth and profit for the Orora Group in its 2022 fiscal year. His experience with EFI solutions also extends to the close collaboration and consulting he has done with Orora Visual - a leading display graphics provider that is among the largest North American users of EFI VUTEk display graphics and EFI Reggiani industrial textile digital printers. Previously, Frank spent two decades in leadership positions at FLIR Systems (now Teledyne FLIR), Honeywell, and GE. The proven experience Frank brings in driving profitable growth, accountability, and quality ensure that EFI continues to lead the market in customer service, technological innovation, new market growth, and delivering best-in-class industrial solutions that define the future of print and packaging. Frank earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Geoff Loftus - VP

Geoff Loftus joined EFI in 2019 as Vice President of Global Inkjet Service. In his role, Geoff spearheads customer advocacy and service with a large portion of the company's client base, driving EFI's key strategic initiative to enhance its commitment to customer satisfaction by strengthening global service offerings. Geoff brings a wealth of experience helping print service providers get the most from their technology investments. A mechanical engineer by training, he spent 15 years with German offset press giant Heidelberger Druckmaschinen in engineering and service executive leadership roles. From 2006-2016, he served as VP of Worldwide Service, Chief Quality Officer and Chief Operating Officer for digital offset press and printing plate company Presstek. Most recently, Geoff was Head of Operations for power electronic systems manufacturer Semikron Inc. Geoff has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Vermont and an MBA from New Hampshire College.

Gregory Tayler - VP

Gregory gained extensive experience at Xerox Corporation over 20 years, growing from Controller to Corporate Vice President and Treasurer. He most recently served as Xerox's Senior Vice President & Technology Group Chief Information Officer. Prior to working at Xerox, Gregory began his career in public accounting with PWC. Gregory brings to EFI a depth of knowledge about global manufacturing and supply chains, information technology, acquisitions and divestitures, regulatory and accounting policy, and many more areas that help drive the company to the forefront of innovation. He was named Interim CFO of EFI in April 2023. Gregory obtained his BA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario at London, Canada, and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at Queen's University at Kingston, Canada and is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.

Hanan Yosefi

With EFI's acquisition of Matan Digital Printing in July 2015, Hanan Yosefi transitioned from the CEO of Matan to serve as Vice President of EFI Inkjet Israel. Hanan brought with him rich, successful experience as a superwide-format display graphics and printing applications provider within the market, a hub for the printing industry. During his time at Matan, Hanan led the company with a focus on roll-to-roll printer solutions, which resulted in one of the industry's strongest offerings of material handling features, most of them backed with registered patents. Since the acquisition, Hanan has continued to lead his team to grow and innovate as part of one of the world's leading providers of industrial inkjet printing products. Hanan holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and graduated from the Executive Business Management program at Tel Aviv University.

Jeff Jacobson - Chairman

Jeff Jacobson brings over 30 years of global experience in the industrial technology and imaging sectors, most recently as the CEO of Xerox Corporation, a $10B technology leader. Throughout his career, Jeff has displayed an on-going commitment to helping customers improve their productivity and enhance their operations. As CEO of Xerox, he oversaw Xerox's largest product launch in its more than 100-year-history and led the company through a strategic transformation, delivering best-in-class customer service, and driving innovation, while significantly improving the Company's operating margins and cash flow. In his previous role as President of Xerox Technology business, Jeff led the Company's Technology division, which offered a diverse portfolio of hardware, software and business services to customers ranging from small and medium sized businesses to multinational enterprises. He was responsible for worldwide strategy, sales channel operations, marketing, technical services and customer support, and product development, manufacturing and distribution. Prior to this role, Jeff served as Xerox's President, Global Graphic Communications. Prior to Xerox, Jeff served as the Chairman, President and CEO of Presstek. Previously, Jeff was Chief Operating Officer of Eastman Kodak Company's $3.6 billion Graphic Communications Group. He also served for five years as CEO of Kodak Polychrome, a $1.7 billion joint venture between Sun Chemical and Eastman Kodak. As CEO of Kodak Polychrome, Jeff and his team drove a significant turnaround, resulting in an approximate three times return on equity, when the company was acquired. Jeff is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with a bachelor's degree in Management and holds a master's degree in Industrial Relations from the Cornell School of Industrial Relations. He also earned a juris doctor degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and is admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey. Jeff has previously served on the Board of Directors of Xerox, Presstek and Fuji Xerox.

Jill Norris - CIO, SVP

Jill Norris is EFI's Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer (CIO) responsible for all aspects of information technology worldwide, including external hosting services. She joined EFI in November 2017. Jill has led successful organizations in mature, start-up and transforming companies. Prior to EFI, she led IT Global Services at semi-conductor firm GlobalFoundries and Application Engineering for Motorola after Motorola Mobility acquired Good Technology. Joining start-up Good Technology while it was still in stealth mode, she was the first CIO and Chief Service Officer and VP/General Manager of Good Technology India. Her early career was spent at Sprint holding high impact leadership positions in IT, Finance and Product Development. She was a key billing strategist, driver of the first enterprise-wide data warehouse, led the consolidation of local and long distance division IT Operations, and scaled IT service delivery during Sprint PCS's high growth early years. Jill has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Ottawa University and an MBA in Management (with Distinction) from Rockhurst University.

John Henze

Prior to EFI, John was with Cisco systems in various marketing leadership roles. Prior to this role, John held numerous senior marketing and business development roles in the networking and storage industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in science from UCLA and MBA from Santa Clara University.
