Catherine N. Swiniarski

Catherine Swiniarski received her Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 1986. Since that time she has practiced law in a wide variety of settings, from corporate to private practice. In addition, she has taught legal topics in various academic settings. She has settled into the practice of Elder Law, a new and emerging area that has grown dramatically with the aging of the baby boomers. She welcomes the opportunity to practice law in a more holistic, largely non-adversarial environment.

Samantha D'Angelo

Samantha D'Angelo earned her Juris Doctorate from the Creighton University School of Law in 2017 along with a certificate in litigation and Master's degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Prior to earning her law degree and joining Elder Law of Omaha, Ms. D'Angelo received a BA in Psychology and minor in sociology from Wayne State College. Ms. D'Angelo put her skills to work as a child welfare social worker for two years before the passion of wanting to do more for others led her to law school. At Elder Law of Omaha, Ms. D'Angelo guides her clients through the process of getting their affairs in order, creates Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts, and other services to meet her clients' needs.
