The increasing momentum for greater [...] Adam Humphrey, who joined GRS in 2021, has more than two decades of experience managing technical and complex insurance claims worldwide. Before joining GRS, he was a board director and global head of energy, project and construction erection all-risks (EAR) and delay in startup (DSU) losses at Advanta Global Services. Prior to that, he held loss adjusting roles at Integra Technical Services; Cunningham Lindsey International, where he was a divisional director responsible for energy claims; Concordia Consultancy Ltd.; and Charles Taylor Adjusting. Adam is a Chartered Loss Adjuster, Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) Council and chairman of CILA's Construction, Energy and Engineering Special Interest Group. He has a bachelor of laws degree from the University of East Anglia, a master of arts in management and information technology from the University of West London, and a master of business administration from the Henley Business School.

Alasdair Boyle

Alasdair Boyle, who joined GRS in 2021, is an experienced loss adjuster with a background in complex and contentious claims. During his career, he has handled a variety of claims, including property, liability, energy, and renewable energy losses. Before joining GRS, Alasdair held loss adjusting roles at Advanta Global Services, Sedgwick, and Cunningham Lindsey. Alasdair began his insurance career at Flaxmans, a specialist claims advocacy law firm. In addition to a graduate diploma in law from the College of Law, Bristol. He also has an honor's Bachelor of Science degree from Leeds University. Alasdair is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has an Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.

Alexandra Pooley

Anthony Campo has a vast amount of experience involving insurance claims handling, including both commercial and residential property, auto, liability, bodily injury, business interruption and environmental claims. His experience include the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, Hurricanes, Harvey, Irma, Florence and Michael, as well as hail events and daily claim losses. Anthony is licensed as an all lines adjuster in several states. Anthony has served as an instrumental GRS Team Member in past roles as a Field Adjuster, QA Reviewer, Team Lead, Claims Supervisor and QA Manager, with a focus on process efficiencies utilizing the full adjustment of Non-Catastrophe claims. In March 2009, she commenced her adjusting career assisting on Hurricane Gustav and Ike claims and has since managed and assisted on a variety of oil and gas insurance claims including, physical damage, downhole tools, control of well, pollution remediation, and general liability. Ashley's claims experience ranges from domestic to international with claims in the capacity of the hundreds of thousands to the tens of millions of dollars. Upon graduating college in 2003, Casey began his claims career as a Travelers property adjuster. At WKA, Casey handles a variety of large, complex property and time element losses for various markets, including Lloyd's of London and U.S.-based insurance companies. Darrell Smith

With an extensive oilfield and adjusting career spanning over 40 years, Darrell started in the oil and gas industry as a drilling fluids engineer where he assisted in drilling wells at onshore, offshore and international locations. Darrell also worked at an independent oilfield service company specializing in the distribution of oilfield tubular equipment, during which he managed sales offices in Texas and California. Darrell has worked for 17 years as an energy insurance loss adjuster in Houston. Francesco Cecere, who joined GRS in 2021, is a trained engineer with specialized expertise in renewable energy and complex claims. Before joining GRS, he was a loss adjuster at Fast & Clever Adjusters and the John Amos Partnership. In addition to renewal energy losses, he has experience in claims involving cash in transit, third-party liability, machinery breakdown, and catastrophic weather events. Francesco has a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master's degree in Loss Adjustment from the Polytechnic University of Milan.

George Pooley

George Pooley, who joined GRS in 2021, has nearly two decades of experience in adjusting complex claims internationally, with specialized expertise in renewable energy projects. He also held loss adjusting roles at Cunningham Lindsey International, McLarens Young International, and Charles Taylor Consulting. George's experience in renewables focuses primarily on onshore wind and photovoltaic power plants, but his expertise includes all types of renewable energy, including biomass, hydro, and offshore wind. Scott considers customer satisfaction with every interaction to be a formal part of his job description. It's no small task particularly when what's at stake are customer's homes, most prized possessions, and ultimately, peace of mind. Scott is responsible for cultivating new P&C clients and further developing relationships with current clients, integrating new clients into the corporation and developing the talents of current and new management personnel. The adage, "Hope for the best, plan for the worst" is the foundation of Scott's expertise. One of the greatest pieces of advice he ever received was "Don't pretend to know all the answers and always keep an open mind to other ideas". The second-best piece of advice he ever received was "run faster than the guy behind you" when Scott ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain last year with his son. With almost 30 years in the industry, Scott's experience ranges from managing hundreds of claims adjusters in the field, to roles in executive management. Prior to joining Global Risk Solutions in 2018 he spent more than 3 years as the Vice President of Claims for Security First Insurance, one of the largest Homeowner's insurance companies in Florida. Prior to that role, he spent a decade in a claims leadership capacity at Citizens Property Insurance in Jacksonville, Florida. While in Catastrophe Operations in 2005 he managed over 180,000 claims from Hurricane Wilma and three other storms. His roles of increasing responsibility culminated in serving as the company's Assistant Director of Claims. Scott began his career with State Farm Insurance Companies in Jacksonville where he spent 15 years gaining a foundation of experience ranging from administrative services, catastrophe response, catastrophe and non-catastrophe claims, to serving as an inside adjuster and field adjuster. Steve's favorite aspect of his role is interacting with clients and leading project teams through potentially treacherous environmental claims situations, while mitigating overall risks and costs and managing data acquisition and reporting. When he isn't abroad supporting international clients, Steve hangs his hat in the United States, where he enjoys family time, fishing and American football.

Having been based in Dubai for the first five years of his Middle East career, Steve moved to Qatar in 2018 initially as a Senior Loss Adjuster and then latterly the Country Manager for an international adjusting practice. He handles a portfolio of major and complex claims across various product lines to include property, business interruption, liability and specialty lines across the Middle East with a primary focus on the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia markets. Steve is currently qualified to AdvDip level with the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) and shall shortly achieve chartered status.

Stuart had over 30 years' experience as a maritime attorney and independent claim professional. He has specialized in investigating and handling Liability claims for domestic and foreign insurers, and actively involves himself in litigation support.

Sunil Patel

Sunil is a qualified electrical engineer and registered electrical engineering expert in the State of Qatar, with fifteen years' experience in working in construction projects in India and the Middle East involving the erection of electrical substations and power cable installations. He has worked as a Loss Adjuster for an international adjusting company for five years, based in Qatar, before recently joining GRS. Sunil handles a portfolio of primarily construction, engineering and property claims.
