Diana is an experienced financial professional with excellent analytical and modelling skills, gained from years as a finance administrator at Old Mutual and other administrator positions held in the areas of HR, regional integration and municipal governance. Her responsibilities at ISR include focusing on social ratings and in client protection certifications, as a member of our accredited Certification Body team. Diana holds a BBA in Finance from Solusi University of Zimbabwe and a Diploma in Risk Management.

Nurjana is an experienced social and financial analyst who heads Inclusion's activities in Central Asia. As Regional Manager, she oversees our marketing and analytical projects in the region. With over 15 years of experience in the area, her extensive experience in microfinance and banking in the Kyrgyz Republic (Central Asia), as well as international experience in inclusive ratings and certification brings to Inclusion a vast and relevant expertise. She has held the positions of Regional Manager for Central Asia, the Caucasus, Russia, Mongolia and Afghanistan at MFR and in financial analysis and advisory at Kompanion Bank, Finca Bank and ATF Bank. She has conducted financial ratings, social audits and client protection certifications in numerous countries within the region.
Richard is a specialist in social performance and corporate responsibility ratings. His activities in these areas include advisory, methodology development and training services. He has developed ratings and assessment methodologies for a number of local, regional and international rating agencies in the areas of microfinance, banking, corporate, project finance, and corporate governance.
Richard has developed and conducted training in corporate governance at board level for various international institutions, as well as corporate governance training for senior management at the Islamic Development Bank. He has been a Senior Training Consultant for Moody's Analytics, where he delivered a wide range of financial training courses, including Train the Trainer (ToT) sessions for other senior trainers at that institution.
His previous experience includes Head of Ratings Advisory at Societe Generale's Investment Banking unit (SGIB) where he established that bank's first ratings advisory group.
Prior to SGIB, Richard held the title of Regional Director at Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Co. (DCR), where he was responsible for all of that agency's rating activities in Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. He currently holds Non-Executive Director positions with a number of independent international rating agencies operating in Africa and Europe. Richard holds a Masters in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (AGSIM) and a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from the University of Texas-Austin. He is also fluent in Spanish, with a working knowledge of Portuguese and French.
