The Court overseeing In re Investment Technology Group, Inc. Securities Litigation, Case No. 15 Civ. 6369 (JFK) (the "Action") has approved a settlement of the Action (the "Settlement") that resolves all claims in the Action. The Settlement has created a Settlement Fund for the benefit of eligible investors. After the completion of claims processing and after any appeals are resolved, the Claims Administrator appointed by the Court will make the payments that the Settlement allows.
