Frank Montecalvo has been actively involved in the marine industry for the past 25 years and has held key management positions with companies operating in the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Seaway region. In 2016, Frank joined Logistec Stevedoring as a Sales & Marketing Manager for Ontario and Western Canada and in 2021, he has taken on the role of Vice-President of Operations (Ontario). Prior to Logistec, Frank was the Director of Operations for Ocean Ontario Towing Inc., a subsidiary of Ocean Group and McKeil Marine as Operations Manager. A college graduate in Business Administration and Marketing, Frank has previously served on the Marine Advisory Board for Georgian College, the Eastern Canada Tug Owners' Association and presently serves as an executive board member for the Marine Club.

Michel has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the marine industry. He has held various positions ranging from Sales Account Executive, Customer Service Manager to Operations. He worked at several of our terminal operations in Québec, including the ports of Sept-Îles and Trois-Rivières. His expertise was then brought down to southern Florida, where he led the U.S. Southeast region as LOGISTEC's General Manager. He moved back to Montréal in 2010 and continued to progress through various senior level roles for LOGISTEC. He is Executive Vice-President and holds a strategic position through Gulf Stream Marine, Inc. one of LOGISTEC's companies.

Trip Morgan Bailey is Vice-President, U.S. Operations since the fall of 2017. In his current role, Trip is responsible for all aspects of the U.S. operations for the cargo handling and stevedoring, with a strong focus on health and safety. Prior to joining the LOGISTEC family, Trip was the President of Balterm, one of the United States leading handlers of imported forest products located in the Port of Baltimore. Balterm has been part of the LOGISTEC family since 2009. Trip has been with Balterm since 1995. Prior to joining Balterm, Trip was Director of Marketing and Director of Operations for the Maryland Port Administration, and spent five years in operations for United States Lines. Trip is currently active on the Board of the Steamship Trade Association of Baltimore, currently serving as Chairman, The Friends of Fort McHenry where he is also Chairman, The Living Classrooms Foundation, and The North Atlantic Ports Association. He also serves as Trustee on two ILA Pension Funds. Trip graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1980, with a degree in Marine Transportation, and a U.S. Coast Guard licence as Third Mate, and a Masters License for vessels less than 1600 gross tons on all oceans. He sailed for three years, including a short time as Captain of a prototype surface effects ship.
