MARKHAM - Key Persons
Cameron is responsible for sourcing new investments and leading the management of existing investments.
Harry is responsible for the execution of the business's acquisition and asset management strategies. This includes the origination, and underwriting of direct real estate investments, and the implementation of various asset specific value-add initiatives across the portfolio.
James leads and manages the group and participates in many aspects of the business. Aside from running the business he is principally responsible for strategy, planning, capital partners and investment activities.

James Murchison brings a Chartered Accountant's independent oversight through his directorship of Markham's trustee company.

James Philips is the former Head of Corporate at two major law firms, and a former Board member and Chair of the Audit Committee at one of them.
Lana is responsible for establishing and implementing asset management strategies, managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, managing capital works programs and overseeing property management.
Matthew first acted for the business in 1997 while a solicitor at Minter Ellison. Since then, he has been involved on the full legal life cycle of most of Markham's property investments (funding, acquisition, leasing, improving and sale).

Immediately prior to becoming a Non-Executive Director, Max held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Markham and was formerly its Chief Financial Officer, a position he held from 2013 to 2019.
Max is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (formerly Chartered Secretaries Australia).

As CFO, Trevor is responsible for financial management and reporting, investment analysis, capital and cashflow management, tax compliance and business reporting systems at Markham. In addition to the analysis of acquisitions and divestments, Trevor provides input into the asset and property management functions of the business.
Trevor joined Markham in 2016 as the Group Financial Controller and works closely with Markham's senior leadership team.
