Outdoor Funky is a fun, exciting, and unique Siouxland business that promotes and celebrates families and young people getting outside for family adventure. This business exposes and educates people to activities and skills around nature, the outdoors, and health. Family and youth outdoor education matter! Some of the biggest activities taught to youth and families include specialized stand up paddle boarding skills and geocache GPS treasure hunting. This family-run venture was started by Siouxland professional educator, Nicholas Kleve, and his wife, Kristine Kleve, who is a pediatric physical therapist in Siouxland... We recognize that not every family can afford to pay for a week at Outdoor Funky Camp or for specialized lessons, such as around stand up paddle boarding. Outdoor Funky offers some partial and full scholarships to help some of those families and young people experience outdoor adventure learning... Families! Kids! Adults!
