Pacific Hydrotech Corporation was founded in 1987. In 1989, Kirk Harns became the company's President. Under Kirk's leadership, PHC, has grown to become a leader in the water and wastewater construction industry in Southern California and surrounding areas... PHC was built on the principles of providing a product to clients that exceeds expectations. We promote strong relationships with our vendors and subcontractors and believe that they are integral members of our project teams.
