I was hugely impressed with the service from Pack & Send Dunedin. When i arrived with a box of china to get to the top of the south island,it did not faze them at all. I received excellent service from Pack & Send Tauranga. They went to my elderly Mother's resthome in Tauranga to collect some pre-packed boxes and to packed up a 42" TV & wooden glory box. Mum said they were very friendly & professional and they also adhered to all the resthome protocols we are currently living with. The items arrived safely in Christchurch. I was extremely pleased with how well the items had been packaged this ensured nothing was damaged or broken. Last week I had the need to send a fragile box to Wanaka .I am a Feilding resident and the drive through to Palmerston North was worth the effort .Pack and Send ( 355 Main Street ) were extremely helpful and nothing was a problem .The fragile box left that day , I was emailed a tracking number , and emailed a couple of days later stating the parcel had been delivered . Needed to send my stuffs (after 4 years in Palmy) to my partner in the USA, while I had to return to my home country first for a few months. I was so stressed about the packing and shipping because I did it last minute. However, the helpfulness and friendliness of Damon and his wife made me less stressful about it! The Queenstown P & S provided me really great service. I was using a really good walking stick on my many hikes in NZ. I decided at the last minute that I wanted to bring it home to the States with me. Unfortunately, I decided this on Sunday morning as I was leaving for the airport. The store was closed so I left the stick with a note on their doorstep. They contacted me by email and phone, and then a few days later my stick arrived at my home in perfect condition. Thank you for perfect service !!!!
I left a bag at the Auckland airport and contacted this company via their website to arrange pick up from lost and found and have them ship it back home to California. I shipped personal effects for a move from Auckland to Singapore. 3 tea chests and a suitcase. Everything from start to finish was done very well. Packaging I bought from them were sturdy. they offered free pick up and it went smoothly. Final price was as per initial discussion, no hidden charges. We called in to the store on a Saturday with two large packed boxes and five pieces of art work of various sizes. Even though we were leaving NZ three days later Carlene could not have been more helpful, professional and empathetic in her dealings with us. Carlene explained in detail the process from drop off at the store to delivery at final destination. Our boxes and art works arrived three days after our return home. I am astounded at the absolute expertise in the way the art work was wrapped and packed! Every item in each of the large boxes and all art work arrived as it left. I cannot recommend Carlene, her team and Pack and Send Napier highly enough and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Absolutely fantastic! I had to get a heavy little used printer sent from DnDn to Ch-Ch and right from the start there was great communication and assistance. Wonderful peace of mind. Upon collection I asked them to just throw a bit of cardboard over it but no....they placed in into a carton with protective wrap around it as well!When the courier missed me at the delivery end they also emailed to ask if I needed assistance to get the item delivered! I had the best service from these guys - they ‘over-delivered' I was looking for a Christmas miracle when I realised a gift for a special girl made its way with me to the Mount instead of the Hawkes Bay on the 23rd December. I rang and was told I had a 20 minute window to get the parcel to the branch, paid a reasonable fee and was told there were no guarantees it would arrive the next day - which I was accepting of given it was the 23rd. It arrived before lunchtime on Christmas Eve! Couldn't be happier with the service from the team at Pack & Send Tauranga. Awesome work!

From when I was organising to send my package, to dealing with a delivery issue that came up, there was nothing but kindness, understanding, and professional service from this business. I commend them for their approach to the business, and look forward to using it again. On the down side, value is an issue but it is one that cannot be influenced by anyone at the moment, so it is a matter of grin and bear it!

Excellent customer service, and a great service overall; I was quite not looking forward to having to ship a rather inconveniently proportioned item but they handled it all for me. Price was very reasonable, delivery was slightly longer than expected but plenty quick enough, and overall am very happy. I would probably recommend people get insurance on their shipments as you never know who gets contracted in the process, but I didn't personally have any issues.

I brought in a number of items to be boxed and sent from Palmy to Lower Hutt and Auckland's North Shore at 4pm Thursday afternoon. Both boxes arrived at their destinations by 3pm on Friday. Pack and Send Whangarei is a family run business and Both Charlie and Dawn provide awesome customer service at a great price. I have used them several times to send giftboxes and they pack them to ensure the contents arrive at the destination in the condition they were packed. I dropped off a heavy, large, horribly self packed, bike box full of stuff to ship to Indiana and when I returned home a few weeks later, a beautifully tight re-taped intact box greeted my arrival. Hi I can not recommend Pack and Send Hamilton enough, I recently sent a 22kg box of stationery to Cambodia from Hamilton, they helped me arranged what was the best price in postage for me and the weight and then I left them to it, packing the box which they supplied and documenting all the paper work required etc, they sent me a tracking number and then 9 days later my school received their books, pens etc. Cant get any easier or faster than that. Needed to have my delicate and fragile dining set to be collected from Takaka then sent to Wellington. I was a bit anxious so asked Bill to take pictures of their packaging inside and outside. Corresponded with him by email and phone. He did everything as requested sent pics, replied to every email and had wrapped each item very well. Not cheap but good service for the price if you want your item delivered in excellent condition and looked after. Will use their service again if I need in the future.

I used park&send services to send my personal belongings from NZ to Canada. They provided an excellent service and helped me throughout the process .Due to COVID they had to store my stuff for three month at their warehouse before they can transport it to Canada and they did not charge me any additional money for Storage. I dealt with Maulene at their Hamilton branch she helped me throughout the process and provided all the documentation in a timely manner that helped me getting my custom clearance at the Canadian. Border agency-If you need to send any package overseas or within NZ I would highly recommend them , excellent customer service and price.

Very impressed with this company. Shane was the man who helped us to get our stuff to Auckland on time. He requested for a special pick up of our stuff and to be stored temporarily there until we arrive. He made sure that the courier will deliver our stuff on the day we agreed on. Top service and Shane is the key to all these.

I have been sending packages with QST P&S for several years. They have always been very helpful and have packaged the goods superbly. Lately I accidently left some photos behind and they were so kind as to Pack and Send them for me. Their courteous service goes above and beyond the normal call of duty. Their prices also are very competitive. Therefore overall they offer an excellent service.
This is the first but definitely not the last time I will be using the excellent services of Pack & Send Hamilton City. I had 3 large parcels which needed to get to Auckland urgently. I had received a quote from another service and was just blown away with the competitive costs from Pack & Send. The timeframe for delivery was the icing on the cake! Two days later and I've received notification that the 3 large parcels (which cost half the price of the other quote) arrived overnight the very next day and well within time for a successful delivery. Napier pack n send went out of their way to get my items home. Using another freight company to get my furniture to their closest depot, they were still half the price of other major freight companies I had quotes from. I'll use them again without a doubt.

These guys are bl##dy legends. I left my $1400 camera at the car rental place in Queenstown. The car rental place was uber busy and didn't or couldn't assist. Pack and Send Queenstown came to the rescue and safely picked my camera up and got it to me in Wellington. Use them.
We had a very large and fragile parcel to post to Switzerland. I was expecting it to be a huge pain in the backside and dreading the potential outcome....... however Damon at Pack & Send made it so easy. They were fast, friendly and most importantly cost effective.....I will definitely be using them again!
I use Pack and send for all of my overseas artwork. They box them all up beautifully and then arrange for DHL to collect from them. Unable to find a local pack and post business in New Plymouth to send some heirlooms to family in England, I emailed Pack & Send Hamilton City. They quickly provided a quote and next day a local lady collected the bits and pieces, packed them, and had them couriered overnight to Hamilton. The Stratford based lady looks after all of Taranaki for this service. After signing the consignment notes, Pack & Send on the third day had the package on its way. It has arrived in perfect condition and photos received during opening showed how well the packaging had been done. My family were delighted. I can thoroughly recommend Pack & Send Hamilton City.
