PRN Group is a privately owned family business. Our founder is Jos C. Schot (1964), he is still actively involved with the company focusing on investments, specific projects, and advisory tasks. Since the 1st of January 2023, Matthijs Schot is the new CEO of the PRN Group. He represents the second generation and succeeds his father. Other family members fulfil various functions within the group, with their respective talents... The PRN Group is a group of international companies interlinked by a passion for steel processing. The PRN Group is a family-driven business grounded in entrepreneurship with a Christian viewpoint, as accountable stewards of God's creation.
