We are the Arizona representative of SoundSense, LLC, a full service acoustics consulting and engineering firm based in East Hampton, NY with additional offices in New York City, Seattle, WA and Los Angeles, CA... RhoCubed, LLC was founded in 2014 by Thomas Fowler, an electrical engineer with more than 40 years of experience in the defense electronic industry. Among other things, Mr. Fowler has developed underwater acoustic detection systems, atmospheric acoustic detection/identification systems, high-speed high-performance custom digital signal processing systems for multichannel communication systems, and custom hardware, software and algorithms for state-of-the-art radar processing systems.
