Chris Bristow - Managing Director

Chris oversees business operations, steering the strategic direction of Sagamore and ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry advancements. With executive-level banking experience predominantly focussed in sales and finance - including becoming one of the youngest business unit leaders at Bendigo Bank - Chris has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. He's regularly evolving our operations and is always on-hand for team guidance. Chris' business acumen is supported by a Masters of Finance and Masters of Business Administration. A long-time Richmond Tigers supporter, on weekends Chris can be found at the MCG or up high on Victoria's mountain slopes with his family, chasing the snow.

Leanne Ryan

Lisa Cartwright

Lisa's another one of our long-serving team members. Beginning her career on the factory floor in 1987, Lisa worked her way to Production Manager and now serves as our Business Development Manager. Her intimate knowledge of our product range and manufacturing process mean that you are always dealing with an industry expert. Hard working and knowledgeable, Lisa works with clients to understand their specific requirements, ensuring you're happy each step along the way. When she's not working, Lisa enjoys walking (more exhilarating than it sounds, she promises!), travelling to new places, but is equally happy watching Netflix with a glass of red.

Lynne Needham

Lynne's our production maestro, orchestrating our workflow and making sure everyone's singing to the tune of high quality and on-time delivery. Her efforts ensure that are you delivered custom promotional solutions of the highest order and at maximum value. Lynne's 25-plus years of Sagamore experience is evident in her breadth of capability. Working with the sales team to understand the unique requirements of every customer order or on the factory floor to direct play, she's got her finger on the pulse.

Philip Allen

With a wealth of industry knowledge, combined with second-to-none technical expertise, Philip's oversight ensures clients only receive the best. Constantly innovating and embracing technological advancements, Philip keeps Sagamore at the forefront of international trends and is always striving to improve. He also served as the President of the Australian Plastics Fabrication Association for eight years. Now less involved in the day-to-day running of Sagamore, Philip keeps across strategic developments and is wise counsel for the leadership team. With our international business contacts, Philip also spends time learning Mandarin and has a passion for snow skiing. Tim Checken

After 25 years at Sagamore, Tim has a rock-solid understanding of our industry and has played a key role in building Sagamore's reputation for quality and dependability. Starting out on the factory floor, Tim has performed many roles at Sagamore to now oversee all administrative operations. From sales quoting and government tenders to international sourcing and shipping, Tim's day can vary a lot, but his focus on delivering for customers never waivers. Tim believes the reason Sagamore has been successful for so long comes down to delivering a quality product, combined with a strong team culture that delivers an exceptional customer experience. Tim's backed by a Bachelor of Business and says he's always up for a new challenge. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, most sports (just watching!) and family time.
