- Property and Account Manager
- Scribcor in 2022 As Property and Account Manager
Amy joined Scribcor in 2022 as Property and Account Manager. Her primary responsibilities in this role include managing a lease portfolio of over 230 properties, as well as overseeing the daily functions of a local, mid-size commercial building. Amy brings over 8 years of real estate experience to this role from both the residential and commercial sides. She started out as a residential leasing consultant and quickly moved into a property manager role. On the commercial side, she managed over 700 retail, office, and industrial leases. Before joining the Scribcor team, Amy worked for a commercial property management company as the Property Accounting Manager where she abstracted new leases, reconciled all NNN accounts, and led audits to ensure the company was retaining every possible profit.
Amy holds an Illinois Real Estate Brokers license and loves helping friends and family find their dream homes in her spare time. She also loves spending time watching movies and playing sports with her son. She is an avid Cubs fan and enjoys being able to catch a game or two in the summer.
- Director, Abstraction & Project Services
Ashley joined Scribcor in 2013 currently serves as Director, Abstraction & Project Services. She serves as the main point of contact for Scribcor clients and partners to identify needs and clarify the scope for new projects. Ashley has comprehensive knowledge of several lease administration software applications, specializing in abstraction and database management. Prior to Scribcor, Ashley worked in-house with a major national retail chain where she developed her skills in both the lease administration and real estate sectors of the industry. Ashley earned her B.A. in Organizational Communication from the Lee Honors College at Western Michigan University.
Ashley joined Scribcor in 2021 and serves as a Lease Administrator. She is experienced in both Visual Lease and Yardi.
Ashley previously worked in property management for over 15 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she's interested in health and fitness, as well as all things girly! You can find her chilling poolside in the summer or downhill skiing in the winter.

Dana joined Scribcor in 2022 as an Account Manager. Dana brings 10 years of real estate experience to this role, previously working as a lease accountant, senior account manager, and property accountant prior to joining Scribcor. She is proficient in Harbor Flex, Visual Lease, CoStar, ProLease, JDE, and Yardi.
Dana earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from St. Ambrose University, as well as her Master of Accounting and Master of Business from Elmhurst College. In her spare time, Dana enjoys many different types of dancing, as well as cooking, golfing, and attending country music concerts.
Erika joined Scribcor in 2009. Her current duties as an Account Manager include handling landlord issues, working with her client's real estate leadership and controllers, and working hand in hand with its lease administrators. Her past assignments include AT&T, on which she handled the lease administration for over 600 locations, as well as another well-known company where she handled over 200 locations. In addition, Erika has assisted with the administration of many other client portfolios. Erika has worked in many different software systems and she has a considerable amount of knowledge in Lucernex, ProLease, Harbor Flex, LeaseAccelerator, Manage Path, CoStar, Accruent, and Manhattan. Her current role as an Account Manager has developed her experience with different software platforms and she has helped her clients to expand tremendously.
Erika has worked in many different fields which has given her experience in many areas. In a previous position, she was an assistant controller for a hotel chain, where she performed all of the accounting and auditing functions. She also worked for a major car rental agency where she managed the Illinois retail stores and acted as a liaison between the insurance companies and the retail locations.
Erika earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Robert Morris University (Roosevelt University), and her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. In Erika's time outside of her career she serves as a consultant assisting others with business planning and financial advice. Erika has an interest in sharing her knowledge with others to help with new business ventures as well as old ones.
Erin joined Scribcor in 2018 and serves as a Project Manager. She specializes in database management, collaborative software implementation, lease abstraction and lease administration. She manages short-term abstraction projects as well as ongoing abstraction for several Scribcor clients, with portfolios ranging from 35 to over 600 leases. She enables timely and accurate deliverables for clients with both domestic and international presence, and coordinates the translation of international leases. In additional to abstraction, Erin manages reconciliation projects for common area maintenance, real estate tax, and insurance expenses. She has extensive knowledge of Lucernex, Visual Lease, ProLease, Lease Harbor, CoStar, and LeaseCalcs.
Erin has over 20 years of commercial real estate industry experience, and prior to joining Scribcor, she held numerous lease management positions. Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ohio University, and is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Erin enjoys hiking, pilates, traveling, volunteering at Center for the Arts Crested Butte, and swapping recipes with friends and co-workers.
Forrest joined Scribcor in 1999. His current role as Account Manager for a Fortune 50 technology company includes administering their sublease portfolio as well as performing escalation desktop audits for their prime lease locations. The sublease portfolio consists of approximately 75 locations, with a total annual billing of approximately $15M. With Forrest leading Scribcor's delivery, this client's average annual delinquency percentage (over 30 amount/total billing) has remained under 5% for seventeen out of the last twenty years, and under 1% for the last four years. The escalation portion of the contract covers over 200 locations, which has resulted in a total savings to the client of over $8.6M over the past fifteen years, increasing to an average of $750k per year for the last ten years.
Forrest has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years. In a previous position as Assistant Manager for a downtown Chicago office building, he assisted in calculating the operating expense billings on the landlord side for over 75 leases. Forrest is proficient as a Payment Administrator in Tririga and has experience with ManagePath and Lucernex.
Forrest earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and enjoys cooking and traveling internationally.
As President & CEO, Jamie is responsible for the ongoing management and strategic vision of Scribcor. In May of 2012, Jamie completed a transaction acquiring ownership of the company and assumed the role of President & CEO. During this time, Jamie has made several significant expansions to Scribcor's service offering, including adding international capabilities, equipment lease administration services, and various consulting services. He has developed deep strategic relationships and partnerships, and is also responsible for rebranding Scribcor back to the original legacy name. Jamie's leadership and guidance have enabled Scribcor to experience countless achievements and most notably, the company has more than quadrupled in size under his direction.
Jamie has strengthened Scribcor's market presence as both an innovative firm and a lease administration thought leader. His guidance has fostered meaningful internal growth, including significantly enhanced company culture which values the contributions of each team member and their leadership potential. This strong company culture has enabled Scribcor to formalize many processes, procedures, and strategies that benefit our clients and contribute to Scribcor's best-in-class service delivery.
Prior to purchasing the company, Jamie served as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, managing a portfolio of more than $600 million in assets and liabilities. His clients were comprised of businesses in the real estate and financial services industries. Jamie has served the financial services and commercial real estate industries for more than 20 years and brings a variety of experience to the governance of Scribcor.
Jamie is actively involved in the Chicago Chapter of CoreNet Global, ICSC, and National Retail Tenants Association. Under Jamie's leadership, Scribcor has been a frequent exhibitor at CoreNet Global Summit events and National Retail Tenants Association conferences.
Jamie earned his Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University. He is a lover of all sports, particularly golf, and also enjoys boating, traveling to tropical locations, reading classic literature, and coaching his kids' little league teams.
Jasmine joined Scribcor in 2022 as an Account Manager for two lease administration clients. Her primary responsibilities in this role include lease abstraction, managing client databases, operating expense audits, tenant improvement allowance management, document management, and handling rent-related issues. Jasmine brings over 6 years of lease administration experience on both the tenant and landlord sides, and she is proficient in Lucernex and Harbor Flex. Before joining the Scribcor team, Jasmine previously worked for GoWireless, as well as in the leasing and planning department at Twitter.
Jasmine earned her associate's degree from St. Thomas Christian College. In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys volunteering with various non-profit organizations, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

- Senior Lease Administration Manager
Joan joined Scribcor in 1998 and serves as a Senior Lease Administration Manager. During her time at Scribcor, she has managed several large full-service accounts, including one client with a portfolio of 1,200 leases and led a team of six individuals. Joan has abstracted and reviewed lease documents, performed desktop audits and expense reconciliations, assisted in preparing budgets, done financial reporting, and taken part in a few database transitions. She is proficient in CoStar, Manhattan, ProLease, Lucernex, SLIM, Accruent, ManagePath, Portfolio Path, and Harbor Flex.
Joan's career in commercial real estate spans over 35 years, and includes experience in property management including budgeting, billing, collections, financial reporting, and the calculation and billing of expense reconciliations.
Joan is an attorney licensed to practice under the State of Illinois Bar. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and her law degree from The John Marshall Law School. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
An avid bowler and school board member, Joan also likes to travel, and her favorite destinations are Ireland, Spain, and France.
Joe joined Scribcor in 2021 and serves as the Staff Accountant. In this role, Joe is primarily responsible for accounting related duties for the company including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, period-end close, and accounting software maintenance. With eight years of work in a public accounting firm, Joe has extensive experience in various areas of accounting to assist with his duties at Scribcor.
Joe earned his accounting degree from Judson University located in Elgin, Illinois. Outside of work, Joe loves to follow sports of all kinds, but specifically cheers for his hometown Chicago Bears, Cubs, Bulls and Blackhawks.
Kass joined Scribcor in 2005 and currently serves as an Account Manager for one of our full-service international clients. Her core responsibilities include lease abstraction, updating Visual Lease, conducting audits of all rent invoices, and working with landlords to resolve any rent-related issues. Kass also prepares desktop audits of all operation expense reconciliations and runs monthly reports of behalf of the client. Prior to this engagement, Kass worked on several of Scribcor's other full-service client accounts, with portfolios consisting of hundreds of locations.
Kass is proficient in several lease administration software systems, including ProLease, Visual Lease, CoStar, and Portfolio Path, and she also has basic experience using Lucernex.
Kass earned her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In her free time, Kass enjoys reading, working out, baking, and planning for her relaxing retirement.
Kathy joined Scribcor in 2021 and serves as an Account Manager for a lease administration client with over 630 locations. Her responsibilities include maintaining the client's Visual Lease database, lease abstraction, operating expense audits, tenant improvement allowance management, and monthly reporting.
Kathy has over 15 years of real estate experience, including work on both the landlord and tenant sides. Prior to joining Scribcor, Kathy was a real estate consulting manager at a large accounting firm. Her experience includes full-service lease administration, lease abstraction and analysis, and operating expense audits, disputes, and reconciliations. She has experience with multiple software platforms, including Visual Lease, JD Edwards, and Yardi.
Kathy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. In her free time, Kathy enjoys baking, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
- Director, Strategic Communications & Marketing
Katie joined Scribcor in 2019 and currently serves as Director, Strategic Communications & Marketing. In this role, Katie is chiefly responsible for the development, planning, and execution of the company's strategic marketing and communication initiatives, including brand awareness, content creation, marketing material design, email campaigns, webinars, and web presence. Katie manages Scribcor's social media channels, and she developed and implemented a fresh social media strategy which led to significant growth in both audience and engagement across Scribcor's social media platforms. Katie also spends time dedicated to business development activities, including corresponding with prospects, responding to RFPs and RFIs, and writing and copyediting proposals and thought leadership articles.
Prior to joining Scribcor, Katie worked for numerous boutique private equity firms across the fields of legal compliance, capital markets, public relations, and investor relations. Katie has over 10 years of marketing experience covering many angles, including outreach for a large multinational personal insurance firm, as well as reviewing and approving private equity fund offering documents and marketing materials for adherence to SEC compliance guidelines. In her previous role, Katie was responsible for marketing and tracking the fundraise of a $100M mezzanine debt fund and equity syndication for multiple private LP transactions, and preparing investment opportunity materials and correspondence for potential investors. She also served as media relations, managing the firm's press list, drafting press releases for transactions, designing and writing email campaigns, and responding to media inquiries.
Katie earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her interests include fashion and glamour, music, astrology, and traveling to warm and sunny destinations.

Kelly joined Scribcor in 2022 as an Account Manager. Her primary responsibilities in this role include managing three medium-sized full-service lease administration accounts. Kelly brings over 22 years of lease administration experience to this role from both the tenant and landlord sides, and has worked on several accounts such as Chrysler, T-Mobile, and Belfor Restoration Group. Kelly has vast experience in database management, property management, tenant coordination and construction. She is proficient in Lease Harbor, Visual Lease, ProLease, and QuickBooks.
Kelly holds a real estate salesperson license in Michigan and earned her Paralegal degree from Baker College. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, taking Pilates classes, golfing, attending live music events and concerts, and painting canvas art. She is passionate about working with Last Day Dog Rescue and enjoys spending time with her foster cats.
Kim serves as Scribcor's Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she is responsible for Scribcor's overall operations and client delivery and is part of the executive leadership team. With over 15 years of experience in lease administration, real estate legal, project management and software implementations, Kim brings a unique perspective to clients working to effectively manage their real estate portfolios. Prior to joining Scribcor, Kim worked at Bridgestone for 12 years in their commercial real estate and real estate legal departments. Her commercial real estate career has spanned multiple disciplines, including mergers & acquisitions, process improvement strategies, condemnation and property impact, teaching ethics and compliance courses and special projects. Kim earned her degree from Eastern Illinois University.

Lynda joined the Scribcor team in 2018 and currently serves as Director of Lease Administration. In this role, Lynda oversees Scribcor's full-service lease administration efforts. Her core responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for enhancing lease administration service solutions and capabilities to clients, coaching and developing team members and providing support and strategic management of lease administration services. Lynda also serves as Scribcor's in-house consultant and resource on small property management assignments. She is proficient in several real estate accounting and lease administration software solutions, including MRI, Yardi, SAP, IBM TRIRIGA, Lucernex, Accruent, AMTDirect, ProLease and CoStar.
Lynda has over 15 years of real estate and management experience. Prior to Scribcor, Lynda served as a Senior Property Manager for a commercial real estate company, where she was responsible for the property management, financial reporting, budgeting and capital improvement projects for a 50-building industrial portfolio. Lynda has also worked for a large national retailer where she managed the lease administration and property management services for the company's portfolio of over 975 stores.
Lynda earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Management from Purdue University, and she is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois. In her free time, Lynda enjoys refurbishing furniture, as well as home interior design and improvements.

Sharon joined Scribcor in 2019 as an Account Manager. Sharon has 25 years of real estate experience and began working in lease administration 23 years ago. Her previous roles have included work for real estate companies including CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) and Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as directly for and in the real estate departments at W.W. Grainger, and Starbucks. Sharon has managed differing aspects of real estate from developing lease administration platforms for her clients and employers to managing their real estate portfolios, acquisitions, and dispositions of owned real estate as well as leasing industrial, office, and retail sites. She has experience with Lucernex, ProLease, Visual Lease, Lease Harbor, CoStar, and MILM.
Sharon earned a double major in Business Administration and English Literature from Augustana College, and her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Washington State University. She also holds her Managing Broker's License in Real Estate in the state of Illinois. In her free time, Sharon enjoys swimming, riding her bike, hiking, and spending time with her 4 children.
