SonKim was founded in 1957 with the establishment of Dai Thanh, which grew to become a leader in the Vietnamese garment industry... Son Kim Retail invested in its first F&B concept by pairing with two world-renowned and three-Michelin star award winning chefs Jacques and Laurent Pourcel, to provide Vietnamese with a world-class culinary experience and service. The restaurant claimed its place atop of the Vietnamese fine dining scene by being the sole establishment to be headed by three-starred Michelin chefs in Vietnam.
