Aaron Brosnan

Aaron Brosnan is the Vice President of Business Development. He is responsible for developing and executing the company's business development strategies and growing the company's core business, including its next generation communications products. Mr. Brosnan came to Thales from SCI Technologies, Inc., a Sanmina-SCI company, where, as Vice President of Business Development, he was responsible for leading its new business initiatives in the areas of aviation communications systems and avionics products, ground tactical vehicular and command post communications systems, radiation detection systems, tethered fiber optic systems, and engineering services. Prior to SCI, Mr. Brosnan spent eight years with Thales, where he served in several key business development positions, most recently as Director, Business Development for Army Programs. While at Thales, he successfully led the initiatives in capturing naval and maritime communications programs and broadening the company's product portfolio to include automated, integrated shipboard high frequency (HF) communication systems. Before joining Thales, Mr. Brosnan held senior management roles, both in engineering and business development, at Raytheon Systems in the US and the UK. Mr. Brosnan is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he was a naval flight officer. He graduated, with honors, from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering. He went on to receive a Masters of Engineering Management from The George Washington University. His awards include the Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.

Brian Miller - CFO, VP

Brian Miller joined Thales Defense & Security, Inc. as Director of Finance in 2010, and was named vice president and chief financial officer in 2015. He is responsible for all aspects of Thales' finance and accounting operations, and serves as the company's compliance officer. Mr. Miller came to Thales from DRS Technologies where he worked for five years in finance/business operations management at DRS Signal Solutions. He began his career as part of the Financial Leadership Development program at Lockheed Martin, and spent seven years at the business unit and headquarters levels performing a variety of roles. Mr. Miller earned a bachelor's degree of business administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Chris Beauparlant

Chris Beauparlant is Vice President of the Sensors and Missile Systems (SMS) business unit, where he leads all business and operations for SMS, which specializes in optronics and sensors, observation and target location, and seekers and fuzes for air and ground applications. His career began in regional sales with WCJ Associates, where he sold high power RF products for radar applications, and heat pipe and heat sinks. Mr. Beauparlant joined Thompson Components Corporation in 1996, where he managed the Angenieux commercial zoom lens business in the US, and successfully established distribution channels and a country wide service network. He continued as Director of Business Development for Thales Components Corporation, before advancing to the position of Vice President for the Optronics business line in the Land Defense Division of Thales Components Corporation. He later served as Chief Executive Officer of Thales Components Corporation. Mr. Beauparlant earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business and Economics. Mr. Bishop earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Maryland.

Doug Bishop

Doug Bishop joined Thales Defense & Security, Inc. (then Racal Communications, Inc.) in 1989 and has served the company in a number of increasingly responsible executive positions to include Director of Engineering (1995 to 1998), Vice President of Engineering (1998 to 2006), and most recently, Vice President & Chief Technical Officer, Engineering and Information Technology. In this position, he is responsible for all product design and development activities, including strategic and technical leadership of systems, RF/analog hardware, digital hardware, embedded software, digital signal processing, and mechanical engineering disciplines, as well as information technology. Mr. Bishop currently serves as an officer on the company's Board of Directors, and is a member of the University of Maryland Electrical and Computer Engineering Department Advisory Board, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) from the University of Maryland.

With more than 25 years of experience in the radio communications and defense acquisition industry, Mr. Parker began his career providing systems engineering and acquisition management support to the US Air Force/ESC for security systems and communications equipment development and procurement. Early in his career, Mr. Sainsbury served 8 years of active duty as a US Navy submarine officer (USS Trepang, SSN674), and thereafter, put his technical and leadership skills to work for a variety of defense and technology companies, including General Electric, Martin Marietta, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon. Mr. Sainsbury earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Rhode Island, a master's degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a master's degree in business administration from the Wharton School.

Robert (Bob) Atac

Robert (Bob) Atac is Vice President of the Visionix business unit, previously Thales Visionix, Inc., where he is responsible for managing the organization's helmet mounted display and motion tracking business and operations in response to military, government and commercial customer requirements. Prior to his work at Thales and Visionix, Mr. Atac was the founder and President of Flight Visions, Inc. Flight Visions began as a head-up display (HUD) provider in 1986 and grew to provide full cockpit suites, including multi-function displays, controls, radios, and more. Flight Visions was purchased by CMC Electronics in 2002, and Mr. Atac was Vice President of Military Aviation before leaving in late 2004. Leveraging his extensive engineering background, Mr. Atac has written many technical publications and has been awarded a number of patents. He earned a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
