Job Titles:
- Hearing Instrument Specialist
Christina, Hearing Instrument Specialist, has been with our team since 2018. She holds a Hearing Aid Dispenser Licenses and has valuable experience in the medical field from her days as a Medical Biller and Medical Coder. After she transitioned into the hearing field, she fell in love with it and found her purpose. Now, she enjoys helping people hear again.
Claudia is our Front Office Personnel and has been with our team since April of 2021. She has over 3 years of valuable experience working in the medical field. She has worked in retail and customer service and always makes our patients her top priority. Before joining the Wesson Hearing Aid Center team, she worked at two different hearing aid centers. Now, she enjoys being able to connect with patients, get to know their likes and dislikes, and get to know their family members.
Claudia finds working with Wesson Hearing Aid Center a pleasure. She enjoys being able to address hearing health not only with our English-speaking patients, but with our Latin speaking patients who aren't able to bring a translator to their appointments.
Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family. She does a lot of arts and crafts and likes to take up new hobbies. She's learned how to knit, sew, make sculptures, wax candles, paper crafts, and digital art just to name a few.
Julia Hensley is the Owner and President of Wesson Hearing Aid Center. She grew up working in the medical office community, starting her career at just 16 years old in the front office of an Optometry practice. She has always thrived in environments that involved helping people. In 2011, she switched career paths and joined Wesson HAC as a front office person. She learned everything she could about the hearing aid field and became a Licensed Provider in 2013 and Board Certified in 2018.
Julia loves helping families. Fitting hearing aids on a patient to help them enjoy their family is incredibly rewarding for her. She also does her best to give back her time and effort in the countless community programs Wesson offers. The entire practice prides themselves on finding a hearing aid solution for everyone, which includes fitting hearing aids at no charge, and participating in the Ear of The Lion hearing aid program.
Julia loves spending time with her sons, daughter in law, and grandson. She enjoys travelling, working out, vacationing with her family, and hanging out with her dog, Jade.

- Patient Advocate and Biller
Lizbeth is our friendly Patient Advocate and Biller. She has been with our team since August 2021 and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Lizbeth came to the hearing industry because she wanted a change and a new opportunity for growth while still making a difference in people's lives. Now, she is able to help those who come into the office for hearing care. She enjoys how the Wesson Hearing Aid Center team feels like a family, and how they genuinely care for each other and for their patients.
Lizbeth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, painting, listening to music, attending concerts, and travelling. She is also fluent in Spanish and English.

- Front Office Customer Service
Patty joined our team in March 2019. Before joining Wesson, she worked in the Optical field for over 18 years, where she provided exceptional customer service and friendly assistance. She enjoys helping people with their hearing aids and getting to know each person who comes into the office.
Patty has first hand experience with hearing loss as she has worn hearing aids for over 30 years. She can connect to our patients who have hearing loss and encourages them to manage it with hearing aids. She wants everyone to know that you should never be embarrassed or ashamed of having to wear hearing aids. They are the best investment in your hearing wellness.
In her free time, Patty likes to walk her two Dachshunds. She also loves to take care of her grandchildren and go thrifting with her husband.
Teresa joined our team as an Office Manager in September 2019. She has valuable medical billing experience as she went to school for Medical Billing and Coding and holds an AAS degree. She has many years of customer service skills working with insurance companies and patients, processing claims and payments, financing, training staff, and making sure the office runs smoothly. She originally started in the hearing field as a medical biller but she learned so much about hearing and how it affects the body so she transitioned into an office manager role. She is passionate about educating patients and physicians about the importance of hearing health.

Tyler is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been with our team since 2020. He has learned a substantial amount from Julia Hensley (Owner/Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist). He stays up to date with the latest hearing aid technology and best fitting practices.
He has always had a calling to help others. After spending time with Julia and seeing how much of an impact she has on her patients' lives, Tyler knew he wanted to be a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Now, he is able to give the gift of hearing back to patients so they can enjoy their lives with their loved ones. He always treats everyone who walks into the office as if they were his own family. He takes his job very seriously and provides the best care possible.
Tyler is an avid runner and can be found in the gym on his days off. He is constantly exploring new ways to optimize his mental and physical health.
