He has a wide variety of practical experience within the construction industry ensuring a valued engineered solution, professional attitude to clients specific business requirements and has excellent supervision skills with site personnel and sub-contractors. Versed in contract negotiations, document preparation, building code and regulations, site management and material purchasing.
John currently holds CSCS Card for Building Site Manager Industrial Accreditation, Site Management Safety Training Scheme & First Aid at Work.
Nick has been Contracts Manager for the company for the last 4 years. He has worked mainly on Arla Foods contracts over this period and has verifiable track record for successful completion of projects through co-ordinating trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with engineers, local officials and clients. Versed in contract negotiations, document preparation, building code and regulations, site management and material purchasing.
