Delia has 20 years travel experience and is our nice but firm taskmaster.
Delia has spent 20 years on the commercial side at various travel companies and knows her onions. Handily, she also speaks almost every language in the world currently spoken by more than 13 people and is very good at chasing up late invoice payments.
John is the fount of travel industry knowledge for the company. He also dabbles in writing code occasionally, for which we apologise in advance.
John is one of Cool Digital's co-founders.
John has over 25 years experience in the management of strategic business and technical change and project delivery. He held senior positions at Lanyon, Opodo, Thomson (TUI) and Virgin Holidays before setting up Cool Travel in 2012 and Cool Digital in 2017.
Over the last 20 years, he has been leading projects replacing the reservation systems and websites of major travel companies, including those of Opodo/Odigeo, TUI, Virgin, Monarch, Cosmos Tours & Cruises, Avalon, and Transat and has distilled the learnings from these many complex projects into a simple selling system for the much smaller companies in the travel industry who are not usually so well looked after as the bigger ones.
