Andrew is a former Chief Executive of Oldham Council and former Chair of Governors at Oldham Sixth Form College. He has a wealth of experience in the areas of leadership, resources and finance.
Chris recently retired from a successful career at The Co-operative Bank where he took ultimate responsibility for the Specialist Sectors business, including Local Authorities, Charities, Real Estate, Co-op Retail Societies and Treasury. Living in the Borough from the age of 10, Chris has also been a Governor of North Chadderton School, Chair of the Local Advisory Board of the Career Academy and Chair of the Partnership Board of the University Centre Oldham.

Ateeque is a former elected member of Oldham Council and local businessman. He is currently Vice Chair of Trustees and has been Chair of Governors at The Hathershaw College since 2014.

Danielle was appointed to Company Secretary and Governance Professional for the Trust in 2017 whilst working in the Principal PA's role at The Hathershaw College, where she had been based since 2012. Following her return from maternity leave in February 2023, Danielle has relocated to OSFC and now works closely with the rest of central services in her new role as Lead Governance Professional and Executive PA. Danielle has lead responsibility for governance across the Trust and provides the EP, the CFO and the COO with executive support.

Irene is an experienced Primary Headteacher and has worked extensively as a School Improvement Advisor and Independent Consultant in Primary education. Irene joined the Board of Governors at OSFC in 2005, initially as a Parent Governor, a position she held for 2 years while her daughter and son attended the College. Irene was invited to join OSFC Board of Governors as an Independent Governor in November 2007, and was elected Chair of the Quality Committee and Vice-Chair of Governors. Further to the creation of the Pinnacle Learning Trust in 2017, Irene was Vice-Chair of Governors, then Chair of Governors at OSFC, a Trustee of the PLT and a Governor at two primary schools, including Werneth. Since October 2021, Irene has been the Chair of Governors at Werneth Primary School.

Jayne has been Executive Principal of the Trust since 2017 and prior to this, Principal at the highly successful Oldham Sixth Form College, since 2010. She is an active member of the Sixth Form College Association Council and Chair of the Funding Committee. Jayne is a National Leader of Education and was a member of the Oldham Opportunity Area Partnership Board. She continues to support other secondary schools that are not members of The Pinnacle Learning Trust through membership of a number of Governing Bodies.

I believe strongly in a good comprehensive education. I went to comprehensive school in the town and my own children have been educated at their local school, North Chadderton. We are an inclusive school and celebrate the diversity and uniqueness of everyone within the College. We care about our young people, with our first priority always being to make sure they are happy and safe so that they are able to learn.
Mike is a former longstanding governor of OSFC. He has expertise in a range of fields of law and extensive knowledge of Oldham.

Saq Rasul is currently Head of Knowledge Exchange and Innovation at the University of Sheffield and has over 20 years of experience within the Higher Education sector, predominantly in the area of business development and knowledge exchange.
Having been a pupil of Alexandra Park he's keen on giving his experience to ensure the Trust continues to deliver for it's communities and using his skills to ensure their strategy is successfully delivered.

Stewart joined The Pinnacle Learning Trust in April 2022. He is responsible for providing advice on strategic financial and wider compliance matters, and has Trust lead responsibility for estates, finance, health and safety, audit and risk management.
Stewart is a mathematician and has held a number of finance and leadership roles over the years in private, public, charity and academy sector organisations. He particularly enjoys collaborating with colleagues, developing the central services teams, and using financial reporting as a means to highlight the positive achievements of our students and staff.
