Alan is a licesned California Real Estate Broker and brings his vast knowledge to the team. He resided in sunny San Diego, but can assist buyers and sellers throughout the state of California.

David is a Dental & Veterinary Practice Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions specialist. He is passionate about helping sellers reach their professional and retirement goals. With 1st Med Transitions, David performs practice valuations, financial modeling and transition planning. He works diligently to assist clients in the successful marketing and sale of their practices and consistently garners rave reviews from his clients.
Prior to joining the 1st Med Team, David worked as a Financial Advisor for Wells Fargo assisting clients with their personal and business investment goals.
David has over 10 years experience in Dental Practice Mergers and Acquisitions. He holds a B.S degree from Florida Atlantic University in Finance.
Founder of 1st Med Transitions, Mike has 15 years of professional experience in Dental Practice Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions. He has personally managed over $465 Million in successful Practice Transactions.
