Rick Kusel has been involved with agriculture and the out-doors his entire life. He grew up in western Iowa on the family grain and livestock farm. Rick has experience in agriculture practices, cattle feedlots, hog operations, cow/calf operation, and a trucking business. With his experience and background in all phases of agri-business, Rick has been very successful selling farms and ranches for over 15 years.
Rick graduated from Western College of Auctioneering and has conducted many successful auctions. Rick was a volunteer fireman for 20 years, he has served at both the local and state levels of the Iowa Cattleman's Association and was named as an "Outstanding Young Cattlemen" in 1990. Rick continues to operate his own cow herd and does consulting for farms and ranches in several western states.
Rick is very active in his community and church. Rick has always been an avid outdoorsman and has filled many days hunting, fishing, and trapping in several states. Rick has a great appreciation for the majesty of the outdoors. He and his wife, Jessica, were married in 2016 and they love to spend time with their children and grandchildren.
Yvonne Mooney is a lifetime resident of the Nebraska Sandhills. She and her husband, Bill, own and operate the Hamilton-Mooney Ranch and Sandhills Seedstock in Sheridan County, Nebraska. Yvonne is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Sandhills Cattle Associate, and active member of the American Angus asso-ciation, National Bison Association, National Realtors Association, and the Nebraska Realtors Association.
Yvonne is an experienced real estate broker who specializes in ranch sales in Nebraska and South Dakota. She is available for consulting for all cattle enterprises, range management, and buffalo production.
Yvonne enjoys ranch life with her husband Bill, daughter Franchi, and granddaughter Cheyenne.
