CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS - Key Persons

Mr Kuan Yap QSM JP CA FCPA is the sole director of Kuan Yap & Associates Limited. He has managed his public practice, at the current premise situated near the SH1 Greenlane/Remuera off-ramp (99 Green Lane East, Remuera, Auckland ) since 1998. He serves his clients with dedication and attends to details, assumes certain responsibilities that other practices normally charge for. He works closely with clients to help them maximise their potential so they can have more time creating wealth and spend better quality time with their family and friends. In accordance with his family tradition, he is also actively involved in a number of charitable organisations in the local community. In particular, he is a Justice of the Peace for New Zealand and was awarded a Queen's Service Medal in the 2012 Queen's Birthday and Diamond Jubilee honours list for his services to the community. Pictured above Mr Yap is with Mr Jerry Mateparae, the then Governor-General of New Zealand. He is the Honorary Secretary for the New Zealand Guangdong Association Inc. He was Honorary Secretary and Treasurer of the New Zealand and China Association Inc. Furthermore, he was a Council member for the Auckland Justices of the Peace Association Inc. chairing the Finance Committee in the last year in the office. Additionally, he serves in the Service Desk in the Remuera branch of the Citizen Advice Bureau.
