Chris joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2014 after graduating from Roanoke College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. His primary focus is the leasing and sale of medical office properties and investment sales. Chris also has experience in tenant and landlord representation, site selection, lease and sales contract negotiation and market research for retail, office, industrial, multi-family and land projects.
