Frances Garrett, President, is a former Director of Operations with a background in the medical field, management, human resources, accreditation and overseeing the daily operations of multiple offices of a nationwide company. She received her BA in Finance from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Private Investigator with over 10 years experience in all types of domestic and business investigations. She specializes in research , background/asset searches and working all types of cases.
