Alasdair Foster

Alasdair Foster is a director of Dart Enterprises Ltd. Alasdair brings his previous legal, financial and business experience to exercise independent judgement, contribute to strategic decision making and promote the success of the company. Alasdair holds a Master of Arts degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford along with a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cambridge and was called to the Bar by Lincoln's Inn. He practiced as a barrister for five years before joining JP Morgan in London. Alasdair moved to Cayman in 2008, joining Walkers as Senior Vice President before becoming a director of hedge funds and SPVs at the Maples Group. He lives in Cayman with his wife and two children. Alasdair joined the Dart group of companies in 2013 and as President, Active Investments managed a diverse portfolio of operating businesses in the Cayman Islands and internationally covering the retail, hospitality, biotech, manufacturing and finance sectors.

Ben Cullen - CFO

Ben Cullen is Dart's chief financial officer. Ben is responsible for the financial leadership of the organisation to ensure long-term growth. His teams oversee the strategic planning and budgeting process and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies to enhance performance, as well as the Information Technology, Investment Analyst and Risk Management departments. Ben is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Portsmouth in the UK. Prior to joining Dart in 2007, Ben worked as a Global Financial Controller and Financial Director in the UK. He lives in the Cayman Islands with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys being a referee at the local rugby club, walking on the famous Seven Mile Beach and travelling the world with his family. Ben serves as a member of various internal committees at Dart and sits at the board level for several Dart entities. He has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing, retail and hospitality industries with a wealth of experience in financial leadership roles.

Cameron Graham

Job Titles:

Cameron Graham is a director of Dart Enterprises Ltd. and executive director for the ReGen project. Cameron leads business development for Infrastructure projects and is using his extensive experience with infrastructure, real estate development and project management to lead the ReGen project - a project that will transform the treatment of waste by creating Cayman's first state-of-the-art energy recovery and recycling centre. A Chartered Engineering Surveyor, originally from Glasgow, Cameron has lived in Cayman since 1987. Prior to joining Dart, Cameron's career evolved from Commercial Manager to General Manager. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of Cayman Society of Architects, Surveyors and Engineers and a keen golfer. Cameron joined Dart in 2003 and has managed a complex combination of investment analysis, business development, design, engineering, procurement and construction. He has delivered more than 1.5 million square feet of built space, including mixed-use, office, residential, educational, hospitality, industrial, civil engineering market sectors in the Cayman Islands, while leading other international projects for Dart.

Gary Gibbs

Gary Gibbs is Dart's executive vice president, development. Gary leads the construction of Dart's benchmark projects in the Cayman Islands from pipeline conception to construction execution. His teams oversee development planning, design, commercial and construction management. Gary has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Originally from California, Gary has lived in Cayman for more than 20 years. He has broad-ranging experience managing projects in the United States and Cayman Islands. Outside of work, he enjoys scuba diving, entertaining friends and is an avid traveller. Since joining Dart's team in 2010, Gary has played an important role in delivering many of Dart's flagship developments including Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa and The Residences at Seafire, the town of Camana Bay, Cayman International School and the Health City Camana Bay hospital and Hotel Indigo.

Ian Downing

Ian was chief financial officer at Dart Enterprises before assuming a board appointment and moving to more global-facing roles in 2021 and has broad experience in finance and executive management. He first joined Dart in business development where he analysed investment opportunities in active companies, later transferring as vice president of the passive investment portfolio. He has chaired several internal committees, including Investment, Ethics, and Audit & Risk, and is a strong proponent of Dart's values and culture.

Jackie Doak

Jackie Doak is a director at Dart Enterprises Ltd. Jackie provides strategic guidance to real estate, hospitality and retail businesses and oversees global communications. Working in partnership with private and public entities to promote the Cayman Islands internationally, she leads efforts to attract investors, diversify the economy and strengthen the jurisdiction. Jackie is also a director of the Dart Family Office, the Kenneth B. Dart Foundation, the Dart Foundation and Dart Interests, and is part of the group advising on long-term strategy for Dart's global landholdings, investments and conservation initiatives. Jackie holds a BA in Psychology and a Juris Doctorate with Honours from the University of Florida Law School. Having practiced law in the US, she relocated to Cayman in 1993 where she ran operations for various companies. A voracious reader and prolific journaler, Jackie is a lifelong student of relationships and experiences. Jackie and her husband live in Grand Cayman and are fortunate to be surrounded by family. Jackie is an Honourary Rotarian of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman and was the first female District Secretary for District 7020. Jackie serves on the Board of Directors for Cayman Finance and is also a Director of the R3 Cayman Foundation and chairs the fundraising committee. Jackie joined Dart in 2003 and has held multiple leadership roles with the company, from vice president of sales and leasing to president of Dart Real Estate and president of business development. Her passion for building mutually beneficial relationships makes her a trusted advocate for living and doing business in the Cayman Islands.

Jim Lammers

Jim Lammers is a director of Dart Enterprises Ltd. Since 1995, Jim has been closely involved as a director of many companies in the Dart group, in a wide variety of Cayman-based real estate development, hospitality and retail activities. Jim also serves as a Director and Vice President of the Dart Foundation, a private Michigan-based charitable foundation established by the late W.A. Dart, the founder of Dart Container Corporation, and his wife Claire. Jim is a graduate of Stanford University, where he majored in Economics, and The University of Michigan Law School. Prior to working at Dart, Jim practiced law in Michigan and California. He has served as a Director of the Michigan chapters of the American Red Cross, Nature Conservancy, and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. Jim and his wife Kathy reside in East Lansing, Michigan, and are frequent visitors to Cayman, having lived there for a few years in the late 1990s. Jim joined Dart Container Corporation in 1986 and was named President in 2014 and Chief Executive Officer in 2019. After retiring from his CEO position in 2021, Jim was appointed Chairman of the Dart Container Board. During his tenure at Dart Container, Jim served as a Director and Chairman of several industry trade associations. Jim was also instrumentally involved in the decision to fund the Dart Center of Journalism & Trauma at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism.

Joanne Lawson

Joanne Lawson is the Chief of Staff at Dart Enterprises Ltd. in the Cayman Islands. She provides oversight and guidance on key projects and strategic planning and drives initiatives that align with all Dart's people and business objectives. Jo facilitates collaborative decision-making across Dart's many industries and leads enterprise programmes based on Dart's Values, Culture and Philosophy. Jo attended Portsmouth University, where she received her Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and she holds a diploma in Hospitality Management. She is also the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce President-Elect and a past Rotarian, participating in charitable fundraisers focused on supporting and empowering the lives of young people in the community. Jo lives in the Cayman Islands with her husband and sons. In her spare time, she loves boating on the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea, travelling the world and spending quality time with her family. Jo has been with the company for 20 years, holding multiple positions across the business as it grew operations in the Cayman Islands including Executive Assistant, Business Development Manager, Senior Manager, Organisational Development and Administration of Dart Enterprises, Senior Property Manager of Dart Realty Cayman Ltd and Vice President, Organisation Development and Culture of Dart Enterprises Ltd.

Justin Howe

Justin Howe is Dart's executive vice president, asset management and executive director, hospitality and real estate. His portfolio of asset management encompasses leasing, property management, sales and management of the land assets in the Cayman Islands. Justin and his teams are focused on offering exceptional customer service and creating value for Dart's customers, employees, business partners and community. Justin moved to the Cayman Islands some 25 years ago and joined Dart in 2003. He graduated from the Imperial College of the University of London with a first-class degree in civil engineering and has since worked in the property and real estate industry for his entire career. He lives in Cayman with his partner and daughter and enjoys cycling, scuba diving and travelling. Justin is proud to have been a part of the team responsible for the growth of Camana Bay since its inception, and Dart's growing hospitality portfolio. Most recently, he has focused on portfolio asset management and operations, sales and leasing, property and facilities management, performance and strategy.
