Cindy Scobee is a mortgage consultant with 11 years of experience. I achieved an important milestone by earning my RCS-D (Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce) designation. This designation has empowered me to offer valuable assistance to individuals going through the intricate process of divorce and separation. I specialize in guiding them through this challenging phase by providing professional advice on preserving their credit and safeguarding their eligibility for homeownership, with the aim of facilitating these critical steps before mediation. In many cases, clients wish to retain the family home, and conducting a lending analysis before mediation is essential.

Elaine Pagones is a longtime Pacific Northwest resident who grew up in Seattle and has resided in Bellevue for the last 24 years. She graduated from Seattle University's Albers School of Business and is an accredited interior and kitchen designer.
Elaine has been a real estate broker for over 12 years, and a noted interior designer for over 25 years. She previously owned prominent luxury kitchen and interior design showrooms in Bellevue and Seattle. Elaine puts her extensive design and construction expertise to work for her buyers and sellers, helping them find added value in their existing or future residences.

Heather joined F-Squared at Pacific Capital Resource Group, Inc. in April of 2014 and has loved being a part of such a great network of people. Her duties include planning events for a team of six financial advisors, involvement in various networking groups, delegating client requests within the organization, and many day-to-day operational tasks.
